This apartment comes with WIFI (5€ /day) , TV with international channels, fans, heating, washing machine, iron, freezer, fridge, microwave, toaster,coffee maker, hair dryer...

Located in Poble Nou quarter ("New Town" in English), with many restaurants, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, cafés ... in the surroundings!

Next to the metro station Llacuna - L4 (the yellow one) from where you can reach Gothic and Borne areas in 5 minutes, or Passeo de Gracia and Sagrada Familia in 10 minutes!

The perfect option to stay with friends or family in Barcelona city and enjoy the beach!

To ensure your stay is asked a down payment by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. The balance is paid on arrival.

Please note: City tax not included in the price (48€ person/night over 16 years old)

A refundable damage deposit of 150€ is asked on arrival and refunded upon the departure.

*Close, close, close to some of the better Barcelona Beaches like Bogatell & Mar Bella.

*The regeneration of the area is making many parts of it quite beautiful, with green open spaces, parks, etc… If you have a family, or are adverse to the concrete jungle that is the old city, you can rejoice in Poblenou’s laid-back sunny disposition.

Simple and comfortable apartment with all you need for a good stay in the city. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is spacious. balcony is a plus. check-in and out without any problem and the host was communicative. The area has all you need and the metro station is very close.

like in the pictures

This place provided a really clean and comfortable accommodation well worth the price. The apartment was just like in the pictures and was quite spacious for our group. It is very close to the beach which was nice on warm days. Combine metro, taxi and bikes, the city is easy to go to, and the advantage is the tranquility that the area provides.

Nice spacious apartment in a good location near some very nice restaurants and near the metro station and the beach. The two bathrooms are a plus. Hosts were very helpful and guided us to awesome food and things to do. Definitely recommend!

we enjoy our stay!

Me and my Friends went to this place for 3 nights. We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very nice with many nice bars and restaurants. The house was really nice and clean. It was well-equipped and very bright and spacious. Also, the house was only 5 minutes walking to the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend the place!
