Sheets, towels and kitchen towels. Only a few minutes walk to the beach where you can rent a sunbed and a parasol. Children's playground nearby. A perfect location if you wish to make day trips to Granada, Seville or Cordoba, Nerja.

I felt in love with Torre del Mar when I was kid, my father taking us to Torre del Mar for our holidays, after many years I had the opportunity to come back to Torre del Mar for job, so I bought the apartment.

What makes this apartment unique

I bought the apartment in Helsiki building because is really close to all the amenities, the apartment is really bright, from the 9th floor has got amazing views to the mountain.

The neighbourhood is quite and the neighbours are really friendly.

Notes on accommodation: Lovely area, with all the amenities in walkable distance, supermarket, shops, bar, restaurant, internationl banks, farmacy. . . Everything just 5 minutes walking. a few minutes driving, big shopping centre, ingenio, with cinema, international shops. water park just 5 minutes driving. lovely typical Spanish village, with a lot of fish restaurant, "tapas bars" with the best cold beers! Outside: Centro Intenacional has a reputation of being one of the best areas on the eastern coast of Malaga. It is very well kept, clean, with green areas, trees and flowers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels provided, changed once a week. Final cleaning optional.
