2 bed 2 bathroom modern apartment with own balcony, sea views, gym, pool, decked area & free parking - Walk into town and Towan beach within minutes!

We have two beautiful apartments in the iconic Horizons building #9 and #16, both located at the rear of the building and overlooking Newquay town and surrounding beaches.

Just come, relax and enjoy the best sea views in town from every window!

All apartments are ideal for couples and families with open plan living, kitchen and dining area. They are all bright, spacious and finished to a very high modern standard throughout which offers you comfortable and stylish accommodation for your stay.

Horizons is located in a very convenient area of Newquay with great access to the main roads, public transport and footpaths, plus enjoys fantastic panoramic sea views.

These well equipped apartments offer all you need for a truly relaxing holiday, with added benefits of excellent on-site facilities which include private parking, gym, sauna/steam cabin and indoor heated swimming pool.

Each apartment has its own parking space for one car in a secure underground car park (max hight on entry 6'6").

The building has 24hr security monitors Co the property management company Silver Key.

Horizons benefits so much from its superb location overlooking the whole of Newquay and is just a short walk into the town and to some of the best beaches in the UK.

This central location, means all Newquay's amenities are within easy walking distance. Likewise, many of Newquay's stunning beaches and other attractions are also within easy reach, perfect for a stress free holiday, leaving the car at the apartment. Also helpful is that it is on a public transport rout including Newquay's own Land Train which offers brilliant entertainment for young and old, with its scenic tour around town, to Newquay Zoo and back! :)

The closest beach is Towan beach just a 5 minutes walk away with its beautiful harbour and Aquarium. At low tide only you can walk from here across 5 beaches all the way to Porth!

The world famous Fistral Beach is only a 10-15 minute stroll away too. This beautiful, wide, sweeping bay is renowned for having some of the finest surfing conditions in the UK, plus hosts seasonal events and year round shops and restaurants.

Newquay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Cornwall, it boasts 9 stunning beaches and a wide variety of amenities from surf shacks to high street brands and superb dining experiences.

Newquay is also a great central base just off the A30 for exploring all of Cornwall's many other idyllic towns, attractions and stunning coastlines.

Watergate Bay is just a few miles up the coast, home to the Extreme Sports Academy and the Jamie Oliver’s inspired Fifteen restaurant.

Further on, the fishing village of Padstow with Rick Steins restaurants is a stunning place to visit.

Visit Truro with its bustling shopping experience, tea rooms, art galleries and an iconic gothic cathedral, if you want a change from having sandy toes.

About Steve Hardy

My girlfriend and I bought our first apartment in Horizons in 2014 and have enjoyed living here with our daughter immensely, but with an energetic child, as many of you will know, we needed more outdoor space but didn't want to sell our lovely apartments, so letting it out for holiday lets seemed the ideal solution, letting you 'our guest' stay in our beautiful home so you could enjoy it too! :)

We actually rented another apartment in Horizons in 2013, loved it so much we bought one, loved that one so bought another! We now have two apartments available all year round for your enjoyment!

Over the years we have loved being able to offer our home out to our family and friends for their holidays, everybody said how much they've enjoyed visiting Newquay and the surrounding areas, that we just had to carry on letting to offer you a home from home too.

Having lived here ourselves we hope you'll find everything you need in our apartments and your stay will be welcoming and comfortable. We have left some personal items like dvd's, books and toys to make it feel more like home, please feel free to use them.

Why Steve Hardy chose Newquay & St Austell area

We have lived in many parts of Newquay since 2004 and have found Horizons to be the perfect location, with its immediate access to the town centre and its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Its within walking distance to 6 beautiful beaches and we have a great public transport system for when you want to leave the car behind with immediate access to buses and trains plus the road train which passes the front door which my daughter loves :)

We have enjoyed the apartment at all times of the year, during the summer there are activities and events to suit all ages. In the winter we enjoy the quietness of the town, wrapped up blustery walks along our beautiful beaches and taking advantage of the open roads to explore other parts of Cornwall yet undiscovered to us. Whatever time of year theres always something to do, but if we just want to relax we stay in and sit on the balcony or the sofa and enjoy the views!

What makes this apartment unique

This property is a great place for a holiday. It enjoys an elevated position overlooking Newquay town, many beaches and endless sea views beyond.

It offers the best of both worlds, set back from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but only 5 mins walk from the shops, beaches and restaurants.

The facilities the apartment enjoys are superb - a light, airy and contemporary living space perfect for families and couples. On those rainy days the kids will love the heated pool, there's a gym for those who want to work out or you can just relax in the sauna.

There's an allocated, underground secure car park space for each apartment, but most things are within walking distance.

Only 10 minutes from the A30, we are well placed to enjoy the wider sights that Cornwall offers from the Eden Project to scenic towns like Falmouth, Padstow and beyond.

The Wow factor!

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks with our 2 children who are 10 & 7.

What a gem we found in this place. The property was immaculate, you can tell this isn't just a place someone has bought to rent out, it has been lived in and loved. It was complete luxury, lovely and clean and has everything you need, and the views are just gorgeous!!

The location is perfect, far enough from the night life but close enough to walk to if you wanted. We found some great bars and nice places to eat...there's a great milkshake/smoothie place called kooks, my son has a dairy allergy and they do dairy free milkshakes!!!!!

There are also a few beaches you can walk to.

Newquay is a fab holiday destination and finding Horizon apartments was the icing on the cake :0)

We didn't want to come home.

Thanks to Steve the owner who was in touch before we got there, whilst we were there and when we got back, it gives the whole thing a personal touch.

Great apartment, Steve's instructions were easy to follow, all you needed it was like home from home. Nice stroll into town and all beaches. Kids loved to indoor pool. Would highly recommended Horizon's 9 to all my friends.

Gorgeous home away from home with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay in Newquay. The apartment was beautiful and just as described. It was spotless, spacious and quiet with comfortable beds and everything you could need such as a dishwasher and washing machine. The views were gorgeous over Newquay and the sea and we were able to watch the sunset from the sofas. It is well placed for Newquay, with a ginnel/ passageway from the corner of the carpark that comes out on the high street. It is also walking distance from the train station (although a bit of a struggle with luggage, we couldnt get a taxi so maybe book in advance if arriving by train) and also walking distance (a bit uphill) to the zoo. We hired a car for a few days and so could park it in the designated space underground. The apartment was well placed for the main roads and we visited St Ives, Truro, Port Isaac and the Lost Gardens of Heligan all of which were not too far away and there were useful information packs in the apartment. We didn't have children with us but the apartment would be great for families as there were toys and children's cutlery and crockery. There were also dvds and books for a less active holiday - we watched The Witches which features the Headland hotel near Fistral beach. All in all the apartment is a great base, far enough from busy Newquay to be peaceful but still close enough to access all the sights.

Excellent accommodation, great location!

Wonderful spacious apartment, immaculately clean and every need catered for. The fresh flowers and milk in the fridge on arrival were much appreciated! The sea view from the balcony and main bedroom was lovely and the apartment was just a short walk to many shops & restaurants, the beach, a supermarket and cinema. The listing was very accurate and the owners made the whole booking process very easy. Plenty of information was provided before arrival and also in the apartment, including nearby attractions, things to do and places to eat. The Eden project is worth a visit and we enjoyed Newquay Zoo. I would highly recommend Newquay and this apartment particularly. Wish we had stayed longer and can't wait to return!! Thank you.

Guests staying longer than one week can request fresh towels and bed linen, these are also free of charge but only available on Saturdays. Other: Lovely spacious hallway with coat hooks and shoe storage.
