Fabulous Penthouse

The Penthouse Apt at Roda Golf was absolutely fantastic for us and of a very high standard,within a gated community.

Excellent location, the apartment is very stylish,very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

It would suit all age groups/lifestyles!

The upstairs outdoor area was just fantastic for us, we practically lived up there, with everything to hand, even a fridge & barbecue!!!

The Golf Club restaurant and bar were very reasonably priced with excellent food.

The surrounding area is very accessible by car or taxi, bike or walk to the beach!

All round a fantastic holiday, great Apartment!

Owners very friendly,helpful & easy to deal with,also the maintenance team at Roda easy to deal with.

We hope to go back again this year!!!

Comfortably furnished and in a great location.

Over the past four years we have stayed at Tom & Joanne's apartment on numerous occasions for lengthy periods. The apartment is in a good location comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The Solarium is a superb space for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The apartment is ideally located for access to the beach, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets all of which are within a five minute drive. We have found the Owners and Managing Agents to be extremely accommodating and supportive.

Roda Golf Apartment

Location

From the Owner

The region of Murcia is a beautiful place with guaranteed good weather all year round. The local are of the Mar Menor and Las Acazares are stunning, friendly and always provide consistently good days out! But mainly, the resort of Roda Golf is tranquil oasis! The golf is great, the kids have great friends that return year after year and we all just love it!

Special interest holidays:

For the energetic traveler there is a whole host of activities available down at the beach, such as water skiing, yachting, wind surfing, jet skiing, kite surfing (check out the kite bar – Fantastic), snorkeling, diving and not forgetting swimming! There is also a 5 mile stretch of paved promenade that encourages walkers, runners, cyclists and roller-skaters to enjoy it at their own pace.

Coast/Beach:

The beach is a 2 minute drive, 10 minute cycle ride or 20 minute walk from the resort.

Travel:

The area is served by the superb small airport of San Javier, it’s just a 5 minute journey from the baggage carousel to the door of the penthouse apartment, made even easier by the organised private pick up service that we offer!

Car hire is recommended, as is travelling to the wonderful cities of Cartagena, Murcia and Mazarron.

Distances:

Cartagena marina is a 20 minute drive (approx)

Murcia City is a 30 minute drive (approx)

Mazzaron is a 45 minute drive (approx)

Further Details:

Also located on the resort is a convenience store for groceries, papers and essentials. A fully equipped gym with great views across the course to keep you occupied. It also offers relaxing treatments to pamper yourself with. A 5-a-side football pitch, tennis court and 2 paddle tennis courts.

Outside of the resort there is the bustling area of Los Alcazares, which has a vast variety of top restaurants and bars to choose from, it also has the white sandy beach of the Mar Menor that stretches for almost 5 miles with numerous bars and restaurants available along the adjacent promenade to sit back, relax and soak in the atmosphere and views of the La Manga strip.

The Costa Calida is widely recognised as one of the healthiest places to live in the world, coupled with the amazing weather that is practically guaranteed, Roda Golf is an excellent place to visit either to relax or as an active family holiday.

There is a local church just outside the resort's gates.

Please note that we don't allow pets to stay in the apartment, we also respectively ask that visitors do not smoke inside of the property.

Note - Our property management company (RodaFM) provide a Murcia airport pick up service paid locally to them (cost 12€ per trip). They will then show you to the apartment and handover keys, alternatively they will meet you at the resort entrance.

These times allow for the apartment to be prepared in the manner that you would expect on arrival. However, where flexibility is required we will generally work with you to make your stay comfortable.

Notes on prices:
A refundable deposit of £150 is required to be paid at the same time as the final balance is paid. This is fully refundable once the property has been checked for any damage during the stay.

Excellent golf course keeps me occupied! The clubhouse keeps the family fed and watered. The security and peace of mind that the kids can play were ever they want and they are safe is priceless too. The people there are genuinely 1st class and welcoming. We have made great friends who it's great to go back and see year after year.
