The region of Murcia is a beautiful place with guaranteed good weather all year round.
The local are of the Mar Menor and Las Acazares are stunning, friendly and always provide consistently good days out!
But mainly, the resort of Roda Golf is tranquil oasis! The golf is great, the kids have great friends that return year after year and we all just love it!
Excellent golf course keeps me occupied!
The clubhouse keeps the family fed and watered.
The security and peace of mind that the kids can play were ever they want and they are safe is priceless too.
The people there are genuinely 1st class and welcoming. We have made great friends who it's great to go back and see year after year.

The Penthouse Apt at Roda Golf was absolutely fantastic for us and of a very high standard,within a gated community.
Excellent location, the apartment is very stylish,very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The upstairs outdoor area was just fantastic for us, we practically lived up there, with everything to hand, even a fridge & barbecue!!!
The Golf Club restaurant and bar were very reasonably priced with excellent food.
The surrounding area is very accessible by car or taxi, bike or walk to the beach!

Over the past four years we have stayed at Tom & Joanne's apartment on numerous occasions for lengthy periods. The apartment is in a good location comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The Solarium is a superb space for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The apartment is ideally located for access to the beach, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets all of which are within a five minute drive. We have found the Owners and Managing Agents to be extremely accommodating and supportive.

Bookings will be confirmed on clearance of a 25% deposit.
The balance is required to be cleared 30 days prior to the booking date.
Note - Our property management company (RodaFM) provide a Murcia airport pick up service paid locally to them (cost 12€ per trip). They will then show you to the apartment and handover keys, alternatively they will meet you at the resort entrance.
Check in is 3pm.
Check out time is 11am.
These times allow for the apartment to be prepared in the manner that you would expect on arrival. However, where flexibility is required we will generally work with you to make your stay comfortable.
Notes on prices:
A refundable deposit of £150 is required to be paid at the same time as the final balance is paid. This is fully refundable once the property has been checked for any damage during the stay.
