The 2 Bedroom apartment consists of a lounge dining area with an open plan kitchen w\ breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. The Lounge area has a terrace(balcony) overlooking either the swimming pool or the Sea.

Living Room: Spacious lounge, patio doors on to terrace (balcony) with sea\pool view. Sofa makes 2 single beds, dinning table with seating for 6. Flat screen TV showing a selection English speaking channels, as well as local ones. Wi-Fi available.

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms with two single beds one bedside table and fitted wardrobes with drawers. Patio doors leading on to balcony on one.

Bathroom: Fully fitted with bidet, wash basin/vanity unit toilet and bath shower.

Kitchen: Good sized open kitchen, with breakfast bar adjoining the dinning area, fully equipped with oven hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine and all Kitchen utensils.

The apartment is fully licenced for rental by the Portuguese authorities.

Excellent with Stunning Views

Spacious two bedroom apartment with two large balconies offering stunning views as far as the sea. Great location, 5 mins to the beach and the centre of Alvor. Small, quiet pool area. The property is on the top floor and there is a lift for those who require it. Well maintained and friendly customer service. We used the Dunas complex pool next door as we have a young son. Would definitely stay here again.

The lovely sandy beach of Alvor is located a mere 5 minute walk (+-500 meters) away.


Faro airport is 65Km (roughly 1hour drive) away. Lisbon Airport is 300km (roughly 3 hour drive away)


Alvor Village Center is a mere 100meters away. Portimão City Center is 4km away, and the Praia da Rocha strip\beach is roughly 2km away. Buses and taxi point is only 50meters away.
