Spacious fully renovated apartment sleeps 5. Conveniently situated in the old and charming part of Alpe d’Huez - only minutes from the lifts (200 m), shops and excellent restaurants - and easily accessible both by public transport and by car. The double bedroom offers an additional single bed (if required) and the living room offers a comfortable double sofa bed. A modern, sleek bathroom with washing machine; and separate toilet. Newly fitted open plan kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and ceramic hob). The bright lounge offers a dining table and seating for six, flat screen TV, a corner sofa and splendid views of the mountains, leading to the south facing terrace with outdoor table and seating where you can enjoy the sun all day.

Great apartment with a gorgeous view!

We stayed in this apartment for one week in L'Alpe d'Huez and would definitely visit again in the future. Lovely spacious apartment with a balcony and a fabulous view. Apartment was clean and contained everything that you need with ample storage space. Modern bathroom with a large walk in shower. Well equipped kitchen so you can cook a proper meal. Washing machine also. Ski locker provided. TV has only French channels and there is no WIFI in the apartment (signal available for 3G connection). This did not worry us though as we were out most of the time. If you stay in there is a selection of board games available in the apartment.

The apartment is at the base of the village, meaning there is a short steep walk (5mins) up to the nearest shops/bars etc. It is also a short walk (2mins) up hill to the bus stop for the ski bus or to the telecentre (5mins), but you can then ski back down to the apartment at the end of the day which is great. The owner was very helpful and we had no problems with arranging the rental, quick responses to all emails and questions.

Great skiing, plenty of long runs for all abilities and the resort itself is lovely with different areas to explore and lots going on. Plenty of restaurants to choose from that are reasonably priced with excellent food. Overall we had a great stay in a spacious and comfortable apartment and would recommend it to anyone going to L'Alpe d'Huez.
