The villa is a beautiful detached 5 double bedroom villa with a large private 'clover leaf' pool. Set in its own majestic grounds, the Villa is very private yet still within a short stroll to the beach ( 650m ), shops, bars, restaurants and all amenities.

Villa Miriam boasts a sun drenched and spacious southwest facing terrace with private gardens and a panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea up to Sierra De Mijas mountains. Enjoy alfresco dining, bathe in sunshine from dawn to dusk, relax under the shade of your own palm tree or take a dip in your own private pool. Villa Miriam also includes secure parking behind high walls and electrically operated gates .

The villa has 'free Wifi' a fully fitted kitchen, including fan assisted oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a large open-plan living room with a flat screen TV and DVD and a separate dining room.

Just a 30 minute drive from Malaga airport, this stunning villa is your perfect base for a family holiday. The villa boasts a prime location with everything you could dream of for a great holiday right on your door step. A 'genuine' 5 minute stroll will get you to the heart of Riviera Del Sol with its many great restaurants, bars, shops, banks and supermarkets. Enjoy Princess Diana park, with its late night market held throughout the summer, and explore the nightlife of Calahonda and Dona Lola, both within easy walking distance.

Perfectly located between Marbella & Fuengirola, Riviera has its own beautiful beach. The beach is usually calm and not too crowded, here you will find the popular venue of Max Beach Club, offering an extensive range of beachfront cuisine. and the exclusive El Oceano Beach Hotel and Spa on the beach in front of Miraflores, offering romantic seafront dining and elegant board walk lunches. The beach has a further two beach bars/restaurants that provide sun-loungers and water-sports. A new boardwalk will take you all the way along the seafront to the seaside village of La Cala where you will find a host of bars and restaurants including Elliot Wright's ( Towie ) 'Player in Marbella' restaurant.

The area has many sports clubs, pool resorts, bowling greens and an 18 hole golf course with golf club, restaurant and driving range. The resort is also on the local bus route, with a regular service to Marbella, La Cala, Fuengirola and Mijas water park.

Why Sean Durkin chose Mijas area

After looking in various locations around mainland Spain we settled on the Costa Del Sol because the season is long and warm and even in the winter months you can get fine weather. Everyone falls in love with the property, just as we did, literally buying it the day after setting eyes on it for the very first time. Its stunning views and lovely gardens combine to create a relaxing haven. Perfectly located with the advantage of easy access to the airport and the lively towns and beaches of the Costa del Sol. We love the fact that within 4 hours (sometimes even less) after leaving our home in Yorkshire we can be sitting on the terrace sipping a cool beer and planning where to have lunch.

What makes this villa unique

We have a large family and lots of friends and this is perfect for parties of all ages. Guests never seem to want to venture far from the house and pool, but those who do, love the huge selection of attractions nearby. Children love to visit the water park or zoo in Fuengirola. You can enjoy the many beaches along the coast or sample a bit of “real Spain” on horseback from a nearby Andalucian riding centre. However at the end of the day, particularly at the hottest times of year, it is wonderful to get back peaceful location of our villa for some true “away from it all” R & R.

Fabulous villa in a fantastic location

Just returned from villa Miriam. The villa was like home from home. Very spacious and plenty of room for our party of nine. Beach was 10 minute walk. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars a five minute walk. And taxi rank also just 5 minute walk. An ideal villa for families, totally stress free. Taxi to waterpark €14, to mijas pueblo €22, marbella old town €26. Great market in La Cala, €7 in a taxi. Couldn't fault the villa, the location or the restaurants and bars. I've being booking villa holidays for about 10 years now and villa Miriam is definitely the best we've stayed in.

Tak for en fantastisk ferie

Det var et rigtig dejligt hus - der var hvad vi havde brug for ( kun manglede vi en kaffemaskine)

Ejeren har været helt utrolig venlig B.l.a. I forbindelse med vi gerne have 12 voksne senge - det blev stillet til rådighed med det samme - en seng gik istykker ejeren sagde straks vi måtte købe en ny seng i Ekea -men vi lavede den - så super

Der var pænt og rent overalt både ude og inde

Beskrivelse af huset svarede til vores forventninger

Ejeren har ydet en helt fantastisk service - så super

Vi har anbefalet huset til vores venner og andre og måske os selv igen - et rigtigt dejlig sted

10 min. gang til supermarked og gode restauranter tæt ved havet

Kan ikke huske hvad den hedder ligger helt ud til havet -go' mad og go' service.

Et helt fantastisk hus og beliggenheden perfekt.

Tak - det var med til at vi fik en fantastisk ferie.

Very spacious and brilliant location

The villa is very spacious. The outdoor area is lovely to enjoy during the day and in the evening. The location is great, just a short walk to shops and restaurants and to the beach. I lovely little park too for children only a five minute walk away.
