Furnished in contemporary style complete with beautiful soft furnishings and vibrant art on the walls. Full state of the art air conditioning. Truly a place to relax. With a fantastic water park just up the road and beaches only minutes away by car we hope you'll have a fantastic stay at our house.

About the Owner

My wife and I bought our house in December 2013 and love it, probably more than our home in England. My wife has furnished it lovingly with vibrant colours and the house is full of artwork created by her and our two sons. The place has a beautifully calm feel and our favourite place is the roof terrace with the amazing views. We hope that people renting the house will enjoy it as much as we do.

Perfect house & perfect location !!!

We had the most amazing holiday at this house on Palmyra complex !! The house was perfect for 2 families , 4 adults & 4 children . It has everything you need . It's beautifully furnished , & has the wow factor when you first walk in !! From the back of the house you have beautiful views over the golf course , & from the front your literally steps away from the swimming pool which is ideal for families . All of this made our holiday so easy & pleasant we will definitely been returning . Thank you Debbie for letting us rent your house . X

There are a good choice of supermarkets locally. Pingo Doce is five minutes away by car. A fantastic bustling supermarket with a fantastic and very reasonable fresh fish and fresh meat counter. Lidl is around 7 mins by car which is great value for all the staples. There is also an excellent supermarket called Apollonia which has a wide range of British favourites on sale such as marmite! There is as well as a superb range of fresh meat and fish

  • Notes on accommodation: There are specific rules about clothes drying. It is not permitted to hang any laundry over any balcony or patio area. The exception to this is on the roof terrace, providing it is kept out of sight of other residents. Outside: There are four pools on the complex with one being heated. Each pool has it's own sun beds. There are 8 sun beds for personal use at the property to be used only at the property and not to be taken away from the house or around the pools. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, clothes airer Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property will be cleaned before and after occupation. Midweek cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. For two week stays a clean will be arranged for the end of the first week. All towels supplied Other: Large Roof Terrace with contemporary wooden modular seating for 10 people plus two coffee tables. There is parking for two cars underneath the property with direct access into the basement of the house.
