LOUNGE: with dining table and chairs, settee (converts to double bed for the occasional extra guest - charged extra), Television and Wi Fi.
KITCHEN, well fitted with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine with dryer etc. BEDROOM with double bed, (non-allergic memory foam mattress) triple wardrobe etc.
BATHROOM with shower over bath (not power shower).
Night Storage Heaters.
Courtyard car parking for one car.

Well appointed and equipped property in good location right on the canal tow path and just 10 minutes walk from the city centre, but surprisingly quiet.

A truly comfortable and memorable stay that I would fully recommend

The apartment is only about 10 minutes' walk to Coventry city centre but is well distanced away from the main roads, so there's literally no noise at night. About 20 minutes' walk to the rail station. Everything you need is provided: cooking pans and pots, cutlery, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid, rubbish bags, scissors, adhesive tapes, you name it, it's there. I am unfamiliar to the country, but Susan explained everything really well to me, from how the heaters and boilers work to electricity bills and tenancy. I asked for an HDMI-compatible TV which wasn't originally available, but Susan entertained my request. Worry not at all about the cleanliness of the apartment - Susan holds high standards and the apartment was spotless when I arrived. Bear in mind though that you will be required, as part of the agreement, to return the apartment as clean as you got it. As a complete idiot in chores, I failed this test lol... Thanks Susan for telling me what I overlooked.

Nice spot in City

The property was better than the description on VRBO. Unexpected quiet location near to the Canal Basin. Recommend for long or short term stay

Why they chose this property

I first saw builders were to develop this area by the canal and went to have a look. I walked about the muddy site and decided where I would want to buy an apartment. It was a guess and some six months later, I was delighted. The apartment is 'sunny side' with a large patio in front of the windows and on lovely days you can sit outside or by the canal or be in the historic canal basin in a few minutes stroll.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is mainly booked by business people who require longer stays and are working in Coventry. Doctors, visiting lecturers to Coventry University, Actors and Directors from the Belgrade Theatre, Engineers working in local industry etc.
