About the property

Superb location -short walking distance to the beach and Balcón de Europa/centre

The ever popular Burriana beach with its front line restaurants, bars & beach wear shops, is just 5-7 minutes' walk away while the exciting town centre of Nerja with its famous “Balcon de Europa”, where you will find fantastic selection of shops, bars and restaurants that cater for everybody's pocket, is a 10-12 minute walk. The house is located in a very quiet but highly popular residential street in the Parador area and has secure entrance gates providing maximum peace and security. The house is having a wonderful private and enclosed garden facing south with sunbeds and dining table. The shared pool is less than 15 meters away.

About the house; On the ground floor you find a fully equipped kitchen with white goods & appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc. Next to the kitchen you find the toilet. The living room is having two leather sofas, a Flatscreen TV with many British, Spanish, Scandinavian and German channels and a dining table for up to six people. With the large sliding glass doors you open up to the paved private and enclosed garden.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with timer controlled Air Conditioners and a bathroom;

(1) The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm) and a built-in large wardrobe.

(2) The second bedroom has two single beds (2*90cm), chest of drawers and built in large wardrobe. Additionally and if necessary, there is also an extra collapsable bed that enables up to five people in total can sleep in the house.

The bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, sink and shower.

The second floor features a sun terrace facing south with table and chairs. During the winter period (December-January) the sun shines between 09:00 to 16:00 on this roof terrace (during the winter period you will enjoy the sun better on the roof terrace as it is limited with sun in the garden area) and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or nice lunch in the sunshine.

Why Daniel Petermann chose Axarquia (Costa del Sol)

The property is located between the Balcony of Europe and the beautiful and very popular Burriana Beach. Hence it provides short distance to both the beach as well as shops and restaurants. At the same time it is a quiet residential area (about 200m away from the famous Parador Hotel).

What makes this house unique

The house is our second home and we try to go here as often as possible. The location of the house with short walking distances to basically everything you would need at the same being located in a quiet area is a great advantage. Especially the privacy in the private and enclosed garden yet only being 15 meters away from the community pool area is something we really love with the house.

Nerja is the perfect place, here you can relax on sandy beaches, eat at excellent restaurants, as well as the plenty of things to keep one entertained. This all within short walking distance from our property.

Even if you do not have a young family Nerja is still a place where you can relax on sandy beaches, eat at excellent restaurants, as well as the plenty of things to keep one entertained in the area. This all within short walking distance.

Fantastic property, ideal location, excellent communication

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday at the Petermans' immaculate townhouse. Equipped with everything you need, it is modern, spacious, and has the comfiest beds ever! The location is ideal for exploring the town and beaches on foot and is set in a quiet, peaceful complex. Communication with the owner was prompt and faultless throughout the booking process and David was more than helpful in facilitating our additional needs and arranging transport to and from the property - it made for an extremely stress-free experience. Can't recommend highly enough. If we return to the area we will definitely look to stay at this property again

A Great Holiday

We had a great holiday in this property. We found it spacious and comfortable and very handy to Nerja centre with numerous bars and restaurants.Slightly disappointed that the garden and barbecue area were not quite accurate in the advertised description (hardly any plants and most of them were dead - damp problem on the wall at the BBQ area which was quite unsightly) however, this didn't detract from the enjoyment of our holiday.

Information pack was very informative and very handy to have.

Daniel answered any queries we had almost immediately!

Daniel advised us that the garden area and BBQ area would be upgraded in the very near future.

Overall, we had a great time, we would definitely recommend to family and friends and we would happily return 😊

Loved it 🌞

Excellent townhouse in a great location in Nerja. Secure residential complex a few minutes walk from the Parador and within easy walking distance of the Balcon. Restaurants, supermarket and a patisserie also very close. The private garden was perfect for relaxing in the sun. The communal pool is a few steps away from the house if you need to cool down. The house has everything you need in a holiday home. Communication with Daniel was faultless. Would definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Great holiday.

Very modern and well equipped. Communal pool is excellent - but you have the option of enjoying your own private garden or sun balcony. Located between Balcon de Europe and Buriana beach which was ideal for us(5 mins walk to each). Would highly recommend.

Modern, private and well maintained

We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely modern 2 bedroom house, lots of living space, quality fitting, lovely outdoor areas and swimming pool literally 20 yards away. Plenty of bars, restaurants and beaches all within a 10 minute walk. Would definately recommend. The owner Daniel was also very helpful both before and during our stay.

Please be informed that due to new Andalusia legislation all guests will be requested to provide, through email or by normal post, a scanned copy of their passports, preferably done upon booking but absolutely latest two weeks prior arrival. It shall be noted, if not provided it will result in our inability to provide the keys to the house (e.g. grant you access).

Notes on prices:
Rental of linen as well as kitchen, hand & shower towels (1 set per person and stay) are included in the price.

The damage/security deposit of 250€ is obligatory and will be returned to you no later than 10 days after your departure when it has been ensured that you left the property in a good and clean condition and nothing in the house has been altered/damaged.

Payment schedule:
Initial deposit: 50% of the total cost to be paid upon booking. Remaning balance is due 8 weeks prior arrival to the house.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are Saturdays. If you have any other request please don´t hesitate to ask us as we will try to accommodate any request.

Request for one Crib/Cot? It can be provided if requested in advance. If more is needed it can be provided to an additional charge.
