This apartment has its own private off road parking, there is a supermarket across the road with various bars, pubs and restaurants between 2-10 minutes walking distance. 5 minutes walk from 3 major 5 star hotels. Car rental office across the road. 10 minutes drive from Larnaca, 45 minutes from Limassol and Nicosia and 1 hour 20 minutes from Paphos. Larnaca Airport is a 20 minute drive.

The location and sea air. It is also very peaceful

What makes this apartment unique

When I fancy a swim the beach is 1 minute away, then I can come back, cook a BBQ and then cool off in the air conditioned rooms.

Evening walks along the beach and if I fancy a drink, choose from the many bars and restaurants across the road.

Im 30 minutes away from Ayia Napa and just 10 minutes from Larnaca town centre.

Booking Notes:
When you wish to book the apartment, contact the property manager by email or phone and a deposit of 10% will be required. 50% must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you have booked the apartment and there is not 4 weeks from date of booking to the date of arrival, then full balance must be paid in full at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100 will also need to be paid on arrival and will be refunded once the apartment has be inspected before departure.

Changeover Day:
Departing clients must vacate the apartment by 2pm local time. If extra time is required before departing, this needs to be mentioned at the time of booking, and depending on whether the apartment is reserved by other clients, this can be arranged.

10% Pre Paid when booking, other 50% 8 weeks prior to arrival in STG Pounds. Remaining 40% on arrival. In the event that the apartment is booked within the 4 week period, then the full amount must be paid immediately on booking.
The security deposit is not calculated in any deposits paid. The deposit of £100 is paid on arrival and returned on departure once everything has been check and verified.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
