Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with an open fireplace and garden views, there is a music room, a children's play room, a formal dining room and a fabulous family kitchen. The kitchen has a gas range cooker, wooden work surfaces, a farmhouse kitchen table with plenty of seating and opens straight out to the massive garden. There is a separate utility room and larder and a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are six large bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms and a further bathroom downstairs. The mature gardens are totally secluded with a lovely deck area for enjoying meals al fresco just by the kitchen. It is the perfect house and perfect location to enjoy all the Isle of Wight has to offer.

What a lovely house.

We only got to stay here for a few days on a get together with friends, but we will definitely be going back. What a beautiful house. Immaculately restored and furnished, with a great lay out and lovely garden. It would be a lovely place to spend a week in the winter having bracing walks. The garden is very big and backs onto open fields. The kids loved the trampoline and garden toys which were at the house.

It is in fantastic condition, very well kept without the signs of heavy use you expect from a rental property. The sort of place you would love to call your own home.
