In a nutshell………This third floor family apartment with lift access, is split over 2 floors with its own balcony and sun terrace, ample space for 6 and a room upstairs with its own en-suite. The apartment is equipped with a laundry room, WIFI and British TV, and should you be travelling with babies and young children, there is a cot and high chair. We pride ourselves on keeping the apartment clean so be sure that when you arrive it will be spotless. Situated in a peaceful, quiet location of town overlooking the mountains and one of the town squares, yet, just a short stroll to the seafront (a couple of minutes), which allows access to all amenities such as 2 beaches, water sports, cycling, bird watching, the harbour, the main square, Pine Walk and many bars and restaurants. Please do read my reviews, which offer further insight into what it is like to stay in this very nice apartment.

To be a bit more descriptive, the apartment has a balcony with views across to the Tramuntana mountain range with balcony furniture, comprising a table and chairs providing dining and relaxation. For those 'sundowners' the balcony is bathed in sunshine in the afternoon/evening, in addition, you are able to eat and sunbathe on the secluded sun terrace with seating for 6, sun chairs and sun umbrella, enjoy your evenings in the lovely warm weather with a glass of something cool and refreshing in this comfortable and social space. The apartment overlooks the mountains and one of the squares in the town and depending upon the time of year the square will be used for markets, festivals or simply parking. You will be able to watch the Mallorcan people go about their daily business with no concerns about noise from night time revellers, so you can look forward to a good nights sleep after a hard day on the beach!! This apartment is perfect for families or those travelling with extended families or friends because there are 2 separate social outdoor spaces in addition to a separate upstairs with its own shower room and toilet for those wanting an afternoon siesta, or perhaps for those travelling with teenagers, friends or grandparents. Then you can all gather together in this spacious and well equipped apartment without the stresses of being on top of each other. This apartment has so much to offer, its accommodation is designed for decent socialising and we have ensured that it is equipped with everything you need to have a great holiday including WIFI and a range of British TV channels, on-line films and children's TV, a washing machine and dryer and air conditioning. There is lift access to the apartment for those with pushchairs and we are able to provide travel cots and high chairs for your babies. This is a fantastic family apartment and we encourage our guests to make themselves at home and truly relax. We have done our best to offer all you need for a fab holiday from dawn to dusk and we have a superb maintenance company who keep our cleaning standards very high, so do not fear, when you arrive, the apartment will be clean and fresh. We replace our linen every 2 years and have replacement covers for furnishings between bookings so you can be sure that the apartment is always nice during your stay. For those staying for more than 10 days we provide a mid stay linen change and you will be provided with towels and beach towels. All we can say is book with confidence, have fun and relax. About the Owner

We are a professional couple, now semi retired who live in the UK. This is our second apartment in Puerto Pollensa (also advertised on Owners Direct), the other having been initially used for family and friends, but now that we have this apartment we do a bit of renting with both properties. We have 11 years experience in renting out apartments and hope that we have achieved a good formula to ensure our guests have a great holiday. Having both had demanding jobs, we understand first hand that the annual family holiday is an important time to get together without the normal stresses of life and put aside those things that get in the way of your relaxation, that which in our family we call ‘clutter’.

Our master retirement plan was to put our feet up and watch the world go by but we discovered we had read the papers, walked the dogs and cleaned the hens by 10am and were then itching to do other things so we are always looking for new ventures (hence the semi retired), and we are currently preparing a small holiday cottage, adjacent to our house in Somerset. We are also looking into holiday exchange so should you have a property in another part of the world then we would definitely consider swapping, so far we have exchanged with a ski apartment in italy.

I have no hesitation in giving this apartment 5 stars. it is well equipped, above anywhere that we have ever stayed and not with ‘things’ just for the sake of it, I mean useful items such as a welcome toiletry pack and washing powder. The extra attention to detail carried out by the owners really does make a difference to your overall enjoyment during your stay. The apartment is just as described, spacious with nice furniture and VERY CLEAN, the linen looked brand new. The location is good, you are a very short walk to the restaurants, and night life (should you want it), the area is quiet (but not isolated) and with the really comfy bed, we slept well. There is a small supermarket on the corner where we picked up all our essentials. The kitchen has all you need for self catering including a full sized fridge/freezer. We did not use the beach as it was December, but we walked there every evening and it is lovely. We have booked to come back in the summer to experience a warm break which I am sure will be just as enjoyable. This apartment is good value, there were just 2 of us but it can sleep 6 with ease. I must finish by saying nice owners, these people actually do care and want you to have a good holiday, they are well experienced and know what they are doing.

fantastic apartment

Had a fantastic 8 day holiday in Puerto pollensa, it was a we were lucky to have an opportunity to stay in such a amazing apartment that was situated in a perfect quite spot just minutes away from the beach and shops, the apartment came fully equipped with everything we could of needed and more.. It had a lovely sun terrace and balcony to sit out in the sun, i would highly recommend this friends and family and anyone else who wants to nice quite holiday but with yet plenty of things to do.

Fantastic...best apartment we've found

We had a fantastic 10days in Puerto Pollenca. I've stayed here 5 years in a row now and this was the best apartment we've found. Caroline the owner was so helpful before and during our stay. The apartment is well equipped and lovely and homely, it has such a nice welcoming feel. It's a two minute walk down to the seafront so it's ideally located. If you don't fancy the beach the apartment has a balcony and roof terrace so plenty of options to soak up the rays! We hope to be back next year.

Shh, keep this great apartment a secret!!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment way back in March and then returned again in June with our children. The fact that we returned speaks for itself. Just as the owner states, this is a tastefully, well presented, clean apartment with everything we needed. For our cycling break in March, there was an underground car park for secure storage of our bikes with access from the car park to the apartment floor via a lift. Washing and drying facilities and heating made the stay really comfortable and just a 3 minute cycle to the Formentor Road. Our family stay in June was just as good. The apartment is a short walk to the beach and all the tourist restaurants and shops, we particularly liked the Marina at night and the owner made some good recommendations for eating out, to suit all purses. The facilities in the apartment were very good with the balcony and sun terrace providing that outdoor space that we felt was essential. The admin was spot on and owner checked and double checked that everything we needed was in the apartment as she was aware that our son had specific medical needs. We will be returning again in December and we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. It is definitely suitable for families with young children and the space ensures some privacy should you be staying with friends or relatives. A huge thanks to the owners, a top-notch couple with a top-notch apartment.

What a Gem-Last Minute Life Saver

Loved this apartment, a well deserved 5 stars. This was a last minute booking (2 days notice) as our scheduled accommodation cancelled. When we arrived we could not have been more pleased, the apartment was clean and well furnished and during the evenings our friends joined us for eating on the sun terrace as it was most natural for them all to come to us as the apartment had all you needed to prepare meals and was spacious and very homely, we only ate out twice during our stay because the atmosphere in this apartment was so welcoming. This was our 5th visit to Puerto Pollensa and this apartment was superb, our previous accommodations simply do not compare, just a couple of minutes to the beach and the main square. The owner knew we were anxious as we had little time to research alternative accommodation at such short notice and they made sure we had all the information we needed with good directions and clear instructions. We did not want to go home and will most definitely be returning. A huge thank you to the owner.

Family 2 week holiday

Easy to find with collection of property keys from local property management firm within two minutes walk. Apartment is on 2nd floor and is easily accessed by a lift that only takes a few seconds. The apartment is tastefully furnished with a good size kitchen, small laundry room and small balcony. Two good size bedrooms and bathroom on the same level. Open tread staircase to upper bedroom. Good size bedroom with tapered ceiling and has en suite and access to roof terrace. Air conditioning is in all lower rooms and upper floor has a good size fan. The promenade is a short 4-5 minutes walk away. Booking and paying for the apartment was simple and the owner Caroline keeps you informed right up to your departure. I can highly recommend this property.

From the Owner

We wanted to create a 'home from home' haven that could be used the year round. We also wanted a good sized space for a 3 bed apartment and we feel we were fortunate to find this one. We like the area because it's not overly touristy but it's close enough to all the amenities yet peaceful. We have furnished and decorated the apartment in a modern, contemporary, light and bright style, which is relaxing and easy to manage. Perhaps above everything, this apartment meets the needs of families. There are 2 separate outside areas for eating, sunbathing and relaxing, with an upstairs room with an en-suite for those who want to get away from it all so those travelling with extended family or teenagers can be happy in the knowledge that the space this apartment offers allows for true rest and relaxation. In addition to the outside dining options there is a seated dining table adjacent to the living room with comfortable sofa and chairs to relax. You will have access to WIFI and TV offering a range of British channels, on-line films and children's TV. We understand the importance of family time, we also understand the importance of being able to relax within your environment and we have made the apartment safe for your children with the additional railings on the balcony and the safety gate at the bottom of the stairs. It is no fun having to worry about these things. On the sun terrace we have provided shade so you can still enjoy the warmth without being in direct sunshine if you prefer or, for the ladies, you can top up your all over tan in what is a secluded and private area. It is also a nice space for you to relax in the evenings and appreciate the warm weather and clear skies. All in all, you could book with us knowing that we will do our best to help you have a great holiday. We have a fully managed service which provides peace of mind should there be any hic-coughs along the way and we can honestly say that you can book with confidence.

Puerto Pollensa has 2 great beaches to its name. There’s Pollensa Beach, a kilometre-long expanse of golden sand with plenty of water sports options and sun loungers, just south of the marina. This bit is the small print that I do not like writing and I am sure you all feel the same about reading it, but it is necessary.

Unfortunately I am unable to 'hold' reservations. I receive a lot of requests to hold dates without actually making a booking. Whilst I will always do my best to accommodate your needs, should I receive another request for your chosen dates during this 'hold' period and you have not confirmed by making your deposit payment and returning the Booking Form then priority will be given to those who are in a position to meet these terms. Should you make a reservation for less than 8 weeks before you travel then payment in full will be required at the time of booking. I will send you a reminder a couple of weeks before your final payment is due, if you are not able to make this final payment then the dates will be re-advertised as available and your booking will be opened up to other holiday makers. Please note the extra 2.5% that will be added to your booking should you pay on line or through PayPal. During busy periods it is not possible to have early check in or late check out as we are typically fully booked and the maids do need time to enter the apartment to clean. Please be mindful of this when booking your flights, check out is by 10am and check in is after 3pm. We do not have a luggage store for you to use.

From the Owner

It would be easy to succumb to an apartment with a sea view (although pricey), but we realised that all those promenading the Pine Walk for example would be looking up at us! Our apartment on this square is not a main thoroughfare and has two local bar/restaurants, one on each corner. Each has seating al fresco. It's easy to pop down for a cold drink or some tapas and one routinely has a fixed priced menu - 2 course and wine for around 12 euros. There is a Spar on another corner for convenience shopping and a pharmacist nearby too. The main square is a couple of minutes away with plenty of food and drink choices. It also houses the market on a Wednesday. We have the municipal pool, tennis court and gym on our flank. In all it has exceeded our expectation.

Right behind the beach is the Pine Walk, 2 minutes away, a tree-lined walkway that clings to the coast. Not only is it brimming with seafood restaurants, but it’s the setting for romantic sunset walks. Then there’s the main square, 2 minutes away, Plaza Miguel Capllonch, lined on 3-sides with restaurants and bars, and home to a busy market on Wednesdays. Swimming Pool. We use a local pool, content to allow their facilities to be used when accompanied by a cool drink or a tasty snack. Failing this there is the ocean - no chlorine, sunscreen film or shrieking... Utility Room: Utility room comprising: washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line and additional sink. Children's cot and high chair stored here. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning, linen and towels are provided weekly, if you are staying for two weeks. The agents are just 1 minute away and available 24 hours for emergencies. Other: Parking and bikes. Plenty of free parking plus an underground secure storage for bikes. Roof terrace. 10m square roof terrace, roof top views. Nice and quiet to relax, sunbathe and enjoy a relaxing drink or snack.
