Apartment in Capistrano Pueblo, Nerja, Costa Del Sol, Spain - 15 Minutes Walk To The Burriana Beach, Very Peaceful Location

In the lower part of Capistrano with easy access and free parking outside. 2 minutes walk to a nice pool, open all year. A large mecadona 5minutes walk from the apartment. The city center takes 20-30 minutes walk (2km). Buses every hour and taxi only cost 7EU.

The terrace is south facing with a nice sea view. A BBQ with gas is free to use.

New furniture and sunbeds on the terrace. A new sunblind if you want shadow.

Inside in the launch is a new sofa-bed for two people to sleep. TV with satelite channels and a new soundbar system with bluetooth connection to your smartphones or Ipad.(great sound)

WiFi for free and unlimited use. Speed 10-15 mb.

The bathroom/WC has a new toilet and a washing machine.

One bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe.

Roof fans and AC (heat or cold) in bedroom and in the launch.

We are 56 and 50 years old and live in a house 15km outside Norrkoping in Sweden. We like Sweden but think that the winter is far too long here. Therefore we bought this property in Nerja and we plan to move to Nerja when we are going to retired.

Why stefan appelqvist chose Axarquia (Costa del Sol)

The Capistrano pueblo is lovely with walking distance to the beach (Burriana) and the city of Nerja.

Sitting on the terass you can look at the sea and listen to the birds. Very peaceful and nice.

The property has recently been restored and the access to it is easy with just a few steps.

Two wonderfull poolareas with seaview, poolbar and at least one pool is open all year round.

What makes this apartment unique

It's easy to park the car but you didn't need to have a car, because the nearby to everything.

In wintertime you can light the open fire if you are cold.

We have installed Air condition in the bedroom and in the launch (2016). Both heat and cold.

Lovely property enjoyed our stay - description of property very accurate. Easy to find following directions located in a nice area with lovely view. Arrived approx 2am and welcome drinks in the fridge which was a nice touch. Hairdryer, iron, washing machine, microwave, cooker all utensils provided. Lovely balcony area with sun loungers barbecue table and chairs automatic sun blind which was nice as it gets very hot. Very clean with towels provided. TV with english channels. Pool pass to use nearby pool and nice little cave bar 5 min walk. Two supermarkets approx 10 min walk - 15 min walk to beach hard bit walking back up steep roads. Twenty - twenty five mins walk into town. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday

Beautiful well-equipped apartment

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Everything was easy - the keys were easily accessible, there were drinks in the fridge on arrival, plenty of bedding, towels, masses of kitchen equipment and utensils, even a washing machine and a bbq. The apartment is in a lovely location, up on the hill but within easy reach of the town and beaches. The on-site pools were also lovely and clean. A large Mercadona supermarket was 5 mins walk away.

We would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Nerja.

Lovely Apartment, with beautiful views.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in this lovely apartment. It has everything you will need for a relaxing , home from home stay in Nerja. The apartment was lovely and clean , there were drinks awaiting us in the fridge when we arrived, which was very welcoming. It has a lovely terrace, with a fantastic bbq and beautiful views from it.

It is short walk to the main road which is handy for buses and there is a large Mercadona near by for food shopping. The beach is a 20 minute walk away. There is a bus to take you into the town which is only 1 euro.

The owner was very helpful when booking apartment.

We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning again.

Relaxing week

The owner Stefan was very helpful from the day the holiday was booked and with any question asked about the resort. We were confident the holiday was going to be enjoyable. The flat was was well equiped, the decor lovely and the view from the terrace had sea views over typical Spanish buildings which added to the Spanish experience. Stefan even left a lovely welcome pack for us. The grounds were well kept with beautiful flowers everywhere. The nearest pool to us was lovey but unfortunately the sunbeds were locked up and we had to supply our own. There are a few restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. One of the restaurants, Las Fuentes was very good and the local pub, The Cave was friendly and also served bar meals.

The local bus service ran every hour (except siesta time) and was only 1 Euro to town.

Overall an excellent holiday and we would recommend it.

Wonderful holiday in a lovely apartment

We were impressed from the first second. Getting the keys was easy, the apartment was beautiful. There were cold drinks in the fridge for us on arrival and everything we needed to cook tasty meals in the kitchen. Everything was really comfortable and we'd love to stay again. Many thanks!

A electric sunblind, automatic closing if it's windy. 2 lightweight chairs and 2 sun umbrellas for use on the beach or at the pool areas.
