Close to the mountains, beaches and restaurants, this large, detached modern villa is an ideal location for families and friends to relax in tranquil surroundings. Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, 12Km west of Kyrenia, with bars, restaurants and beaches within 4Km, this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom holiday home offers luxury accommodation for up to 8 people. It has spacious open plan living accommodation downstairs, complete with fully equipped kitchen (in case you really want to cook). Upstairs you can choose from 4 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, built in cupboards and veranda’s, with views of the mountains or Mediterranean Sea. The villa is air conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans in most areas. The wide rear patio is an ideal place to relax in the cool shade, and for outdoor dining, and leads to the beautiful landscaped garden which includes a private infinity pool (10m x 5m), an outdoor shower and plenty of sun beds to use when soaking up the sunshine. Wi-fi internet connection and a DVD player are provided.

Gorgeous stay!

We stayed here for two weeks as a family of four and we had a beautiful time! The villa is immaculate and the pool side is stunning! The villa is in a very good location, we went to many gorgeous restaurants and beaches that were only a short drive away. We would definitely return! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely holiday

We had a great time relaxing at Paul & Claires villa, it’s very spacious with a lovely pool. 6 local beaches were fab & local taxi service was very reliable. 2 families had a great time! 😃

Lovely villa, great location

Villa very clean and spacious, lovely pool it a good location but a car recommended North Cyprus is beautiful well worth a visit, We had a little trouble finding the villa on arrival, the owner Paul was very helpful.

Good house in good position.

Well set up and roomy villa. In very accessible and convenient area. Pool and garden very good and spacious. Overall everything we needed was there. Appreciated that a change of linen was supplied.

Great location, great villa, lovely pool

The villa is very spacious and has everything you need. All four bedrooms are upstairs and air conditioned. The pool is fantastic, the location is really good, we were able to walk to a couple of the local restaurants, Hilltop II is particularly good and the service is excellent as well.There are a couple of supermarkets nearby as well. All of us (4 adults and 3 children aged 3-9) had a great time and we are already looking into when we can visit again. Northern Cyprus is a really laid back and friendly place and its great value too. Overall we had a fantastic, relaxing holiday. Can't wait to go back!
