The barn has a wonderful open plan living space with a modern kitchen, dining area and sitting room that enables everyone to socialise together.
The generously sized master bedroom has a large en-suite bath and shower room with "his and hers" basins. There is one twin bedroom and a further single bedroom that includes a full sized single pull out bed. The family bathroom leads off the hallway. In the entrance hall there is plenty of space for hanging coats and leaving welly boots after a long walk along one of the many local beaches.
To the front there is a small private terrace and ample parking in the shared courtyard with Taylors Barn.

The barns have exposed beams, high ceilings and other period features which contrast beautifully with the modern kitchens and furniture.
Each property has a large feature woodburner in addition to the oil fired underfloor central heating.
Crisp white linen, very comfortable mattresses, warm duvets, fluffy towels and bathrobes are provided.
There is plenty of outdoor space with private terraces and BBQs. A large communal level grass area is the perfect place to kick a football around. A swing and slide set with views on to the adjoining field is the perfect spot for children to play.
There is also a huge games room with table tennis, air hockey, darts board and table football.

The barns are located in a quiet rural location and offered fantastic potential to create three really high quality holiday properties.
The wonderful beaches nearby combined with the pretty villages and busy Georgian town of Holt make this a very sought after destination on the North Norfolk Coast.
The barns are furnished to a high standard with furniture having been purchased specifically for the barns rather than "hand-me-downs" that often feature in holiday cottages and houses.
The communal games room is a great feature which will occupy everyone for hours if the weather forces people inside.
Booking Notes:
Bookings in advance of 8 weeks are secured by payment of a 30% deposit, with the balance due at 8 weeks. Less than this require full payment. All payments are via bank transfers or cheques. A booking form must also be completed and returned.

Changeover Day:
During High and Peak Season weeks changeover is on Saturdays. Arrival time is after 3.30pm and departure is prior to 10.30am.
Mid and Low season changeover is flexible.

A beautifully decorated barn conversion in a great location. Gus was very attentive to ensure all is well for our stay. We'll certainly be coming back... if they'll have us.
