Tregundy Cottage is a fantastic four bedroom semi-detached stone cottage in a very sought after location, enjoying panoramic views across the beach from most rooms and from the first floor roof terrace, and is a great place for a holiday at any time of the year. As well as the location it benefits from having two sitting rooms, each with a wood burner, an oil fired central heating system, a fully equipped spacious kitchen/diner, parking for 2/3 cars and WiFi. Perranporth, a popular seaside village, has an amazing surfing beach, with three miles of soft sand and rock pools for the children to enjoy, as well as various water sports (some are seasonal). There are also numerous activities within the village such as horse riding, bowling, grass tennis courts and the famous links golf course, to name but a few. The coastal path can be reached from the cottage within a couple of minutes' walk and the beach with its village shops, bars and restaurants are all within a five minute downhill walk (please allow an extra five minutes to walk back up!). With quick access onto the A30, Perranporth is an ideal location for visiting Cornwall's many tourist attractions, and offers a memorable holiday for all the family at any time of year.

Notes:

  • Outside: There is access onto the roof with a decked area providing a glass screen, giving the most fabulous views across Perranporth and Penhale beach. To the rear of the property there is a patio area with a garden table and fitted seating for everyone. Ideal setting for those family BBQs (BBQ supplied). There is a very useful hot shower fitted outside to wash sandy feet & wetsuits before entering the house. Utility Room: A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the utility room just outside the kitchen Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen provided. Towels are not provided - please bring your own or hire from Duchy Holidays. All properties are cleaned between bookings.
