It is literally a few minutes walk away from the charming marina and all the resort facilities. The communal pool is well maintained and child friendly. The quiet, spacious gardens (9500 yd2) have impressive pine trees that offer cooling shade. Wonderful, quiet, clean, great for kids

Richard was wonderful and helpful, and his Mum is lovely. Supermarket (and daily ice creams) 100m from patio doors,, pool 50m from doors, lovely shady trees, clean appartment, spacious, lovely patio, we ate here all the time. We were family of 4, Kids 7 and 9 years, very happy and safe here. 2 beaches within 5 mins walk. Lovely marina full of cafes and resturants within 10 mins level walk, Playground for kids just past the very nice (waitrose standard!) supermarket, 150m. All lovely. An easy, affordable self catering holiday with young kids. Thank you Richard & Mum.

Excellent location, apartment met all our needs

The property is ideally located 250 yards from Cala'n Bosch beach and 400 from San xorbier beach, and a similar distance from the Marina which is well served by restaurants and bars. We stayed for 10 days in Julieta 4 which is a first floor apartment. We hardly spent any time in the lounge / diner as the balcony was pleasant both for breakfast and evening drinks. The view from the balcony at the rear of the apartment overlooked the pine tree lined garden / children's play area / pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment had a safe as this was not mentioned in the details. Richard (the owner) was very helpful when called on, and readily available as he could be found in the shop just around the corner. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I'd recommend seriously looking at these apartments.

Julieta apartments Cala'n Bosch

The apartment was very clean and tidy and provided good basic accomodation. Close to the pool and only a short walk to the nearest beach. The supermarket on the corner is extremely handy for breakfast food, shopping and takeaway pizza. Air-conditioniong would have improved things as the main bedroom fan is not really up to the job a, although a separate fan was provided for the second bedroom. Too hot to sleep at night during our stay without proper air-con. 1 or 2 more utensils e.g. a can opener ,would also help. No Barbecue as promised and although one was offered , there wasn't space to use it on the small balcony. Satellite TV only picks up basic World Service English speaking channels and some more (SKY) channels and a DVD player would also improve things. Overall, very nice but quite basic accomodation.

Relaxing holiday in the most beautiful location!

We had a very relaxing 2 week stay at the Julieta apartments. Richard met us on arrival and took us to our apartment, explained everything and made sure we were happy. The apartment living area was smaller than we thought it would be but then we were hardly there so it didn't matter. The bedrooms were spacious and the ceiling fans worked well and the bathroom was modern. It was also spotlessly clean! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and you could get a sunbed at anytime of the day so no getting up at stupid o'clock! We always liked to pull ours on to the grass and watch the children play in the pool - a lovely sized, very clean pool which never got crowded.

These apartments are literally a 5 minute walk from 2 beaches with very safe swimming and the marina - we could have eaten at a different restaurant every night for the duration of our holiday and we still wouldn't have got round them all! The supermarket onsite sold every thing you could need and we thought it was very reasonable priced - the fresh bakery counter was a delight!

We had a car for the 2 weeks we were here but it really isn't needed, although you really should get out and see what this beautiful place has to offer. I'm positive we will be back in the future, infact I couldn't imagine coming back to Menorca and staying anywhere else!

Gepflegte Anlage in perfekter Lage

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene, aber liebevoll gepflegte Anlage.Julieta7 ist sehr gut renoviert, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wenige Meter bis zu den Buchten Cala'n Bosch und Son Xorigeur, ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der kleine Hafen mit allen Restaurants und Bars. Der Supermarkt der Anlage ist gut sortiert und der preiswerteste im Ort! Die Betreuung durch den Manager der Wohnungen ist perfekt, Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt!

Wer keine außergewöhnlichen Ansprüche an die Wohnung stellt, ist mit den Julieta-Appartements bestens bedient.

5 or 10 mins. walk to one of 2 fine, sandy beaches. Gently shelving and safe for children. Red Cross Lifeguard. Water sports, pedalos, sunbeds, parasols, etc. available. Beach-side bars/restaurants. Scuba diving, snorkeling, water sports, windsurf, paddle surf, etc...


Menorca is less than 2 hours away from the UK. Cala’n Bosch is only 45mins. by car from Mahon airport. Car hire is an advantage but not essential as the bus service is very good in Menorca


Beaches > 100 and 200m. Water sports > 100ms. Supermarket and restaurant > on-site. Beautiful marina with shopping centre, Spanish and international bars/restaurants, chemist > 250ms. Medical center > 250ms. Bus stop > 30ms. Historical capital, Ciutadella > 8kms. Golf Course > 35kms. Airport > 50kms.

Further Details:

Within the resort there are an amazing amount of activities available for all ages. Fun parks, water park, go-karting, boat hire/excursions, water skiing, sailing, scuba diving, bike, scooter and car hire, to name but a few. A bit further a field is the Son Parc Golf Course & horse riding. Also interesting excursions along the coastal path. Menorca is a Biosphere Reserve plus has as a wealth of archaeological and historical sites to explore. You are sure to have a fun filled holiday as well as a relaxing time.
