Fantastic family holiday

Wonderful family holiday in a friendly, clean, easy holiday complex.

Lovely pool, great for young and older children. The facilities were excellent with supermarket on site. Everything you need in the apartment - bar and restaurants walkable for evenings out. Lovely beaches are very close by. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Richard was friendly, helpful and always on hand for any issues or tips.

Lovely apartment on a family friendly complex

Richard was so friendly and helpful and the apartment was just what we needed. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen were well equipped and very clean. The bathroom has a lovely shower cubicle and there was a washing machine available in a separate area.

The complex itself has a lovely swimming pool which we used every day( while we were there we only saw 8 or 10 other people at the pool) and a gift shop and supermarket offering everything we needed during our stay. It is within easy walking distance of 2 lovely beaches and the port, which is surrounded by bars overlooking the water and lovely restaurants.

We would certainly return here if we go back to Cala'n Bosch.

Great place

Lovely apartments with a decent amount of space and all the facilities you need, great pool, couple of supermarkets within spitting distance selling good reasonably priced food and drink (and proper food, veg, fruit, cheese, meat, wine, beer etc) plus fresh bread, pastries and pizza. 10 min (max) walk to 2 different beaches with lovely clear, warm water. And a 10 minute walk to the marina where there are a load of restaurants. We had a truly lovely time here and will be back.

Great apartment and area

Really great apartment with everything you need for your holiday, lovely gardens and pool, well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket selling lovely pastries and fab takeaway pizzas. Great beaches very close by with beachside bars/restaurants, loads of other restaurants and shops to choose from at Marina with boat trips and anything else your holiday heart desires. Really really do recommend this.

1 week in Cala'n Bosch

Very well located apartments, walking distance from 2 beaches and the harbor is less than 500 Mtrs. Basic and very clean and bright inside; new beautiful bathroom; the beds were all very comfortable, new appliances; new barbecue. WIFI, It felt very safe there and very homely. All you need for a self-catering apartment. Satellite TV, but not many English channels no BBC or ITV. Owners Julia, and son Richard are fantastic. Nothing is to much trouble for them. They are very attentive and make sure you are settled and enjoying your holiday. Very pleasant outdoor area to relax in the shade or the sun, plenty of sunbeds. The pool is very clean and warm. It is extremely quite at night and peaceful. The local supermarkets are all very close at hand, a bit expensive, but it is not OTT. There is a Hyper market 5 km up the road in Cala'n Santandia where you can buy everything. I would recommend anybody to stay at the Julia Apartments. You will not be disappointed. It isn't 5*, but then you are not paying a 5* price. We loved the area, the Apartments and the Owners. Thank you Richard and Julia for making us feel welcome and at home. Clive and Sally, Woking Surrey. PS. We will go back there in a few years time hopefully with some Grandchildren!

5 or 10 mins. walk to one of 2 fine, sandy beaches. Gently shelving and safe for children. Red Cross Lifeguard. Water sports, pedalos, sunbeds, parasols, etc. available. Beach-side bars/restaurants. Scuba diving, snorkeling, water sports, windsurf, paddle surf, etc...


Menorca is less than 2 hours away from the UK. Cala’n Bosch is only 45mins. by car from Mahon airport. Car hire is an advantage but not essential as the bus service is very good in Menorca


Beaches > 100 and 200m. Water sports > 100ms. Supermarket and restaurant > on-site. Beautiful marina with shopping centre, Spanish and international bars/restaurants, chemist > 250ms. Medical center > 250ms. Bus stop > 30ms. Historical capital, Ciutadella > 8kms. Golf Course > 35kms. Airport > 50kms.

Further Details:

Within the resort there are an amazing amount of activities available for all ages. Fun parks, water park, go-karting, boat hire/excursions, water skiing, sailing, scuba diving, bike, scooter and car hire, to name but a few. A bit further a field is the Son Parc Golf Course & horse riding. Also interesting excursions along the coastal path. Menorca is a Biosphere Reserve plus has as a wealth of archaeological and historical sites to explore. You are sure to have a fun filled holiday as well as a relaxing time.
