Safari is an attractive, four bedroom, two bathroom detached holiday home located in an elevated position offering spacious and versatile family accommodation with stunning views across its own garden, beyond to Perranporth village and towards the magnificent beach. It is within five minutes walking distance of the dunes, and ten minutes walk to the stunning beach and surf, the South West Coastal Path, renowned 18 hole links golf course and the town centre with its restaurants, pubs and shops.

Other activities including horse riding, tennis and gliding are all within a short driving distance and should you decide to see more of the coastline that is blessed with so many beaches then Trevaunance Cove, Chapel Porth, Holywell Bay, Fistral and Crantock are all close by.

Safari will definitely suit all who wish to make the most of this ever popular part of the north coast.


A contemporary furnished and decorated bungalow.

Lounge - with comfortable seating, glass fronted wood burning stove, large flat screen TV connected to BT Youview and DVD player. Large windows giving an elevated panoramic view over the valley towards the sea.

Conservatory Dining Room - seating for eight people and French doors opening onto the garden and also with good views across the valley.

Kitchen - fully fitted with electric hob, fan oven, fridge, freezer, ice maker, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, kettle and toaster. Well stocked with a full range of porcelain, glassware, cutlery and cooking implements.

Bathroom 1 - large fully tiled bathroom with hand basin, cupboards WC, bath, shower cubicle and towel heater.

Bedroom 1 - Large double bed, wardrobes and dressers.

Ensuite bathroom - hand basin, cupboards, shower cubicle and towel heater.

Bedroom 2 - King size (5 ft) bed, wardrobes and views over rear garden and valley.

Bedroom three - Large double bed, wardrobe and view over front garden.

Bedroom four - Twin sleigh beds, wardrobe and view over front garden.

Gardens - front garden laid to lawn, seating area and plant beds, rear garden south facing and sea views with lawn, patio and sundeck. There is also a large lockable store room with power suitable for storing surfboards, wet suits, golf bags, bicycles, walking kit or other sports equipment.

Gas central heating and free WiFi

Please be aware that the road that leads to the property is an uneven and bumpy unmade lane with a few pot holes.

At the house, there is private parking for 2 or 3 cars.

Please note a £150 security deposit is required for this property.

Perranporth beach information;

Facilities include car parking, toilets, nearby shops and cafes.

RNLI lifeguards are on duty at the end of the beach closest to the town from the following;

Easter holidays then from 1 May - 30th Sept and Oct half term.

RNLI Lifeguards are also stationed at the Perran Sands end of the beach from mid May to the end of Sept.

Perranporthb beach is a very dog friendly beach with dogs allowed on the beach all year round. However, there are restrictions in peak season from July thru to Sept dogs must be kept on a short lead between the hours of 10am - 5pm.

Perranporth has access to South West coast paths in both directions for walking and exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.

Transport Links;

Newquay and Truro are only approximately 8/9 miles away.

Local buses run every 30 minutes from the village out towards Newquay and Truro.

Nearest airport is in Newquay.

Nearest train stations are located in both Newquay and Truro.
