The Mansion is located on a 1200m2 plot and consists of ground floor and upper floor. In the ground floor there is the kitchen and the dining room, that is connected with a spectacular garden with private pool. Our Villa Cuatre Cantons is located in the heart of Pollensa, just a few minutes walk from the historic center of the town. Its privileged location, next to the main square of the town, is near the hot spots of Pollensa. The Mansion, built centuries ago, retains the splendor of another age and is an ode to the local history of the town and Majorca, which takes you back in time while you rest in an oasis of peace. Is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with all the services and facilities near you to enjoy, as well as a wide gastronomic and cultural offer without using the car.

The elegant villa recalls an Italian Renaissance palace and stands as a piece of local history. The house consists of ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor you will find a full equipped kitchen, dining room, and the spectacular garden with private pool. Beside the pool there is a bathroom. The privilege of having a second kitchen separate to the main house is ideal to spend summer days by the pool.

The rooms on the top floor of the house are distributed in three independent wings. There are some conference halls with a classic and elegant decor. All rooms have windows and comfortable beds. Three bedrooms have double beds (180 x 200), two bedrooms have twin beds (90 x 200), there are three bathrooms.

The House has a large garage for three small cars or 2 large ones, in order to avoid the hassle of looking for parking in the streets

A beautiful property in a perfect location. Perfect pool and poolside facilities.

Suggestions and feedback:

A welcome book containing information about the house I. E bin collections, restaurant recommendations, general house management.

Must have more than one key!!

When the cleaners are coming?

Basic necessities: salt,pepper, washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, bin bags, dishwasher tabs.

A waste bin in both kitchens.

More towels

Hairdryers

Some to phone or check that everything is OK.

A more than perfect property in Pollenca - an online story

We ordered the taxi in advance to take us from airport to villa so after we had landed and cleared customs we were whisked away for the hour long journey to the peach-coloured old town of Pollenca. We stopped outside a large, old wooden door and wondered how the villa from the photos was going to fit behind it. But, of course, it did. We stepped into an ever-growing space of old charm with modern touches.There were rooms and cosy areas both inside and out. The garden was the highlight since the purpose of our visit was to relax and tan. A large pool was edged with sun loungers and behind it was a further bathroom, dining areas and kitchen. Perfect for our long, lazy lunches and a BBQ in the evenings.

Round the corner and up the road was the centre of the old town so shopping and restaurants were just a five minute stroll away. And if we needed a taxi there was a rank nearby.

From start to finish everyone has been so helpful and friendly. We will be coming back.

Ein tolles Haus für die ganze Familie in der Innenstadt von Pollenca

Das Haus ist wirklich beeindruckend. Von außen unscheinbar nur durch die Garage kommt man in einen Flur und die großzügige Küche.

Wir waren zu fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern und hatten jede Menge Platz. Besonders der Jahreszeit entsprechend konnte man

in nur ein paar Metern die Innenstadt von Pollenca erreichen. Toll und gerne wieder
