Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms great for small family or friends with community swimming pool and private terrace for out door dining

This modern 1st floor apartment that is fit for 4 people is set in the quiet are of Siller just 5 minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa center and beaches . The apartment its self offers 2 bedrooms , 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms one of which is a en-suite. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all joining and lead directly out onto the terrace overlooking the pool and garden area. The kitchen offers fridge freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large balcony that overlooks the communal pool area fitted with table and chairs great for dining out doors in the summer days and warm nights. There is air-con hot and cold throughout the property and wifi at the property.

The communal area is a garden that surrounds the pool and sun beds are also available at the property. Great location and walking distance to beaches and town centre.

Good but not great!

We stayed at this apartment for 11 nights. Upon arriving we were a little disappointed by the overall appearance of the apartment block. There were however only 6 in a block so we're not too big!

The inside communal area was not clean and wasn't cleaned throughout out whole stay! Our apartment was cleaned once and beds changed, which was fine.I would have brushed the floors often due to a lot of sand but it didn't even have a dustpan and brush!

I had to ask next door! The kitchen was less than equipped for being a self catering apartment, we had no bowls for microwaving food or serving food.We had only Plates,wide pasta bowls couple of saucepans and a frying pan! There were glasses but only small ones and no plastic ones for the children.

The hob was a nightmare to use as all instructions were in Spanish so asked the cleaner to translate. Turns out it doesn't heat until you place a pan on the ring!!

We had to buy everything including very basic stuff!

Outside the communal area was in a poor state. Floor paving was uneven and coming up in places and tiles coming off the walls. A lot of rust running down the walls too. Needs major maintainence overhaul as is a safety issue! All looks very neglected .

On a positive note it's a good distance from puerto pollensa, it's views were pleasant, the apartment itself was nice although very basically equipped.

The management company were helpful but to be honest, for the amount we paid for this apartment I expected more supplied, especially when you have to knock next door for a bottle opener for your beer and wine!!! Poor.

Would most definately return to puerto pollensa , but not this apartment and we are not fussy people!!
