Sunny apartment with community pool in Port de Sóller. The hillside location enables you to enjoy a great view over the mountain range and get a maximum of sun hours throughout the whole year. Close by you have the hotel Jumeirah and Bar Nautilus to enjoy sun downers and walking you would probably be within 15 minutes at the Marina area with all the restaurants and shopping facilities.

Apartment is clean, tidy and very welcoming.

Apartment is at the top of two steep hills, a short walk away from Jumeriah Beach Hotel & Nautilus, both

exceptional hotels to enjoy a sundowner and the sunsets. It's about a 20-30 min walk to the beach, going down hill is fine,

uphill is also fine, if you're up for a challenge. I imagine it would be impossible for people with mobility issues.

We were very comfortable during our stay. There's WiFi and a TV if you wish. The view from the apartment

of the Tramutana Mountains was awesome. The apartment is part of a block, and everyone is very friendly.

Also, there is parking available but if you're out late, parking slots are used up and you'll need to park in the road.

Restaurants in the Port worth going to are Barca, NuNu, Nautilus the list goes on, you will not be disappointed.

The hosts were lovely and met us at the apartment. All in all, we'll be back to stay at this apartment, it was

perfect for us as a base to explore the island and spend long sunny days by the beach.

Beautiful Apartment

We have just returned from a ten night stay in this lovely apartment the views are beautiful and such a peaceful place to sit on the balcony, there is everything that you need, Susi and Detlef have thought of everything to make such a great stay, thank you both so much for your friendliness, the walk down to the Port is a lovely walk but without a car is quite a climb, but plenty of taxies around, we could 100% recommend this apartment we were sad to leave, thank you once again Susi And Detlef

Breath taking views

We had 5 fantastic days here in Port de Soller. Our hosts Detlef and Susi were so kind and accomodating. The apartment has everything you need and more. The port is a 15 minute walk downhill. The climb back up is a challenge. If you can, try it once for the views and experience. There is a public parking lot about 3/4 the way down and if you go down before 11 am, you can usually find a spot. We would come back here without a doubt! Thank you!

Vital entspannte Ferien

Port de Soller ist auch im Winter ein Ort mit viel Sonne, die wir in der Wohnung über Weihnachten bei einem Brunch auf dem Balkon genossen haben. Wir sind super nett von den Vermietern Detlef und Susi empfangen worden. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen, z. B. wie die Technik der Wohnung zu bedienen ist. Die Heizungen in allen Räumen sind vor allem im Winter super wichtig und es wird gemütlich warm. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind großzügig, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, um die frischen Garnelen vom Hafen direkt zu verarbeiten. Wir waren drei Wochen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gemütlichen Ambiente. Ausspannen und die Aussicht geniessen auf dem Balkon. Die Lage ist genial, man kann auch mal schnell einen Kaffee trinken gehen oder was Nettes essen im Restaurant "Nautilus" um die Ecke. Hier gibt es direkten Meerblick. Der Balkon der Wohnung bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Sehr beruhigend mit der Morgensonne. Wer Lust auf Wasser hat, kann auch den Pool der Wohnanlage nutzen. Einige Mutige konnten wir von unserem Balkon aus beobachten auch im Dezember! Internet läuft ohne Probleme auch auf dem Balkon. Wer mit dem Auto da ist, findet leicht einen Parkplatz, der zur Anlage gehört. Von Port de Soller aus lassen sich viele Touren starten. Wer den Hafen liebt, geht zu Fuss runter zum Kaffee trinken und Freunde treffen.

Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen von der Qualität der Ausstattung und auch von der Lage in Port de Soller. Sie ist zu allen Jahreszeiten sehr angenehm und wir würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

15 minutes walking to the beach which is located hill downwards from this property.

Travel:

Easy connection to Palma de Mallorca and from here you can get to Port de Sóller by bus ( 1 hour aprox) , taxi or rental car ( 30 Minutes) comfortably.

Distances:

Port de Sóller itself at close distance and Sóller village at 3 km . Fornalutx and Deiá are definately a must to visit .

Further Details:

Port de Sóller offers supermarket, restuarants, bars, health services and banks. Water activities like paddle board and boats can be rented directly on the beach side.
