The apartment is 1300 sq ft on the 2nd Floor of Block A of the Complex. The morning sun shines on the kitchen terrace, and evening sun on the large main terrace from midday to sunset.The apartment sleeps up to 6 people in three bedrooms - one double and two twin rooms. Marked out parking is underneath each block. This 4star complex has been developed by Oceanico and is now managed by CDB Resorts. There is a 24 hour reception. The Leisure facilities include 3 Swimming Pools including an indoor heated Pool, a Health and Beauty Centre, a Jacuzzi, Sauna and fully fitted Gym and Tennis Courts and multi-sport pitch. The HUgo Beaty Cafe Bar serves great food and has live TV coverage of major Uk and Irish sporting events and also has live entertainment on selected nights. The facilities are very much like a luxury hotel with the freedom of an apartment. Estrela da Luz is one of the top resorts in the Algarve. It is ideal for families.

My wife and I purchased the Apartment in 2005 in Estrela in 2005 when it was still in the building stage.

Since it opened we and our family have had many wonderful holidays there.We also have let it out when we are not using it ourselves and the feedback from all the clients who have been there is 100% positive.

Anyone interested should view the tripadvisor sites for Estrela da Luz and also the village of Praia da Luz and the majority of feedback has been tremendous.

We liked the idea of having a Holiday Home abroad where ourselves and our family could go regularly on holidays and know that the standard of the accommodation was top class and know where all the activities that different members of the family were interested in were available.

We looked at several different places around Europe and found that Praia da Luz ticked all the boxes.

Wireless Broadband is now available in the apartment. Outside: The gardens are fully landscaped and there are ample sunbeds and shades around the pool areas. The Poolside Gazebo Bar is open all Summer and serves good food and drinks. Utility Room: Washing machine Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen provided, Towels provided. Cleaned before arrival and midweek during stay.

Clean well maintained. Family friendly excellent place to stay.

Myself and three friends spent a week in the apartment, it was an excellent choice. Situated within walking distance of shops, beach and restaurants, couldn't have asked for more.

Estrela da Luz is right in the centre of Praia da Luz but still is a very quiet gated resort. The city of Lagos is only 10 minutes away by car.

Praia da Luz is a lovely village with its own Blue Flag beach and a beautiful promenade paved from end to end,

You can take part in the various watersport activities or relax in the sun in the patios of the many snack bars and ice cream parlours. At night there are over 15family friendly top class Portuguese, Asian and International restaurants to choose from. The historic town of Lagos with its cobbled streets and pedestrian squares is only 6km away .There are hundreds of bars and restaurants there to suit all tastes.

Estrela da Luz is a modern holiday complex only 300 yards from the beach but in a very quiet area of the village. It has a poolside bar and the indoor Hugo Beatty bar which all serve food all day.

There is a fully equipped gym and luxury health and beauty spa offering all types of treatments from facials to full body massages. As well as three outdoor pools there is an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

There are tennis and basketball courts adjacent and available to guests and a 24 hour reception.

Some Comments: Super! the beach is to die for. The town is very cozy. Friendly Tavernas and a relaxing holiday.
