Villa in Calpe, Costa Blanca North, Spain - Situated In A Quiet Residential Area
The accommodation is set over 2 levels. Downstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, a large living room and dining area with fully equipped kitchen that gives access to a covered terrace ,overlooking the pool.1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom ( shower , wc). The 2 other bedrooms share 1 bathroom (bath/shower, wc ). On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 extra double sofa bed. Each bedroom having its own bathroom with shower and toilet . Each of the 2 bedrooms also benefits having access to a terrace /balcony overlooking the pool with panoramic views. Outside, stairs from the covered terrace lead down to the large terrace and swimming pool. The house will be renovated and equipped with new furniture for the first of may. New pictures will be posted at that moment . The main town of Calpe is 3km from the villa, where you will find sandy beaches and an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes.

The villa is just a 5-6 minutes drive away from Calpe centre and its beautiful sand beaches , and only a short drive away from Altea,Moreira and Javea. Benidom with all its famous nightlife & theme parks is just 30 minutes away by car, and can also be reached by train.The train runs every hour from Calpe to Alicante and Denia.
The villa is a fabulous escape for the families summer holiday. This holiday is suitable for a relaxing poolside/beach holiday but also perfect for sightseeing or activity breaks.
Local activities include Golf, Water sports, Tennis, Rambling, Fishing, Horse Riding
5min drive away you have large supermarkets, banks,shops, popular bars and many excellent restaurants.
