Lovely bright modern apartment in the heart of town with internet access. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Great location for shops, restaurants, beaches. Slight view of estuary from the lounge french window.

Please note there is a minimum charge of £200.

Well behaved dogs allowed (£25 per dog).

Can be rented with apartment opposite if two families/friends wish to holiday together.

Sealark is owned by Sally & Dominic Bisping and their 3 children, Oliver, Carla & Isla & Ruby the dog!

We have been coming to Salcombe for many years and have enjoyed many wonderful family holidays.

We always dreamed of buying a property in Salcombe and bought Sealark in 2011 and spent a year renovating it ourselves.

Notes on accommodation: Sealark is reached up a small flight of stairs down a small alleyway off Fore Street. Linen is not provided as we try to keep the cost of the rental down. If you wish to have linen delivered to the apartment Travelite in Salcombe can do this for you = 01548 843578 or Three Sheets to the Wind = 01548 857941. Tenants to bring own towels and linen, pillows and duvets provided. Will be clean on arrival, please leave in same state on departure.

Great location and spacious apartment

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Close to everything in Salcombe. Fittings made the apartment very homely. Shower needs updating but owner has this in hand.

The property overall was fantastic. But two problems

The property itself was wonderful, comfortable, clean & tidy. In a good position. The parking was a bit of an issue for unpacking & packing the car, but we found long stay parking a little walk away. The locals were very friendly, hospitable & the local shops had all the things you would need for your holiday. Also the pubs served lovely food & are dog friendly apart from one cafe the do not allow dogs in, but have a few seats outside for you to sit & theres a dog bowl full of treats for your dog & water. The only two things we thought could be improved was the shower in the accommodation, it was far too small & the lighting going to the apartment was dangerous as there was only one light & that came on half was up the steep steps. Overall great value and we are going to go again in the future.

We will see if we can change the bulb for a brighter one for the winter months. Parking is a little tricky in Salcombe but I usually suggest to guests to pull over and unload in the area just past White Stuff and then go off and park. Hopefully you will be back to visit soon.

Nice apartment, great location in Salcombe

Being just off Fore Street in Salcombe this apartment is in a fantastic location right in the heart of this lovely town. Coastal path walks are right on the door step, as is the ferry to the beaches, and plenty of great restaurants and shops.

We liked the apartment too. The steps up to the front door are steep, and the apartment needs a couple of little tweaks to gain 5 stars. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
