Outside: A large 12m x 5m private pool with sun loungers and sea view provides a luxury and true Mediterranean lifestyle. The covered outside kitchen with food preparation area, extra-large American style gas barbecue, sink and fridge / freezer only adds to the overall comfort and social aspect to the property. The garden is also surrounded by flowering shrubs and citrus trees. Utility Room: Separate utility room with washing machine and hanging facilities for drying. Also includes a basin and tap for convenience. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen will be provided. The property will be clean on your arrival and will be cleaned again on departure. If required, extra linen changes and cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost.

A very peaceful & tranquil place to stay

The villa was in a very tranquil part of San Jaime which was very conveniently situated as you are very close to a Supermarket & could easily walk into Moraira. There were also lots of restaurants & bars close by. The villa was very clean & had a beautiful terrace to sit out on & also a very big pool which unfortunately for us was a bit cool to use. The bedrooms were all a good size & there was a lovely view of the sea from them. We did have a couple of problems at first but the owner was very helpful & sorted them very quickly for us. We would definitely stay there again & would recommend it to friends. The only thing I would say is that it is not a child friendly house as there are quite a few steps there especially the one in the lounge which runs all the way across the floor.

Beautiful villa in beautiful location

We stayed in this beautiful villa in July and loved it. The villa is in a beautiful location and is very private and not overlooked. The villa was also very secure with excellent layout which was fantastic for us as we had small children with us so this made us feel at ease. The villa is also very spacious inside, and has a great sized pool outside which is kept really clean. There is also a barbecue outside and an outdoor kitchen which is really useful. There a few restaurants and bars within walking distance of the villa. The town centre is abit further out so would recommend hiring a car.

Andrew the owner was fantastic in responding quickly and was always really helpful. We would love to stay at this villa again! Would really recommend

Traditional villa in private location

Excellent traditional style large villa in very private and secure location. Good size bedrooms with very comfortable beds, plenty of hanging space and advantage of both ceiling fans and air con. En-suite and main bathroom are superb and there is plenty of room in lounge areas to relax inside. Outside area is also huge with under cover eating area which served us very well at breakfast and lunch times. The outside fridge is a boon to keep drinks cool and readily available. The pool is large and very clean ( be aware that parts are quite deep for those who are poor swimmers ). Moraira and particularly Calpe have good beaches and restaurants as does the more distant Javea. A car is necessary to enjoy the benefits of this villa and area. Overall we had a wonderful holiday with great communication with owner Andrew and would happily return.

Great Villa

Lovely setting with sea views. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious. The facilities are all great, the pool and outdoor areas are particularly good. We hope to go back next year.

Alicante airport is 80km away and take just over an hour to reach by car. We recommend car hire but shuttles are also available to Moraira which stop a 15min walk from the villa.


Moraira town centre and beach is a 5 minute drive away. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a 10 min walk away.
