Now our children are off to university and exploring the world we don't get to use our lovely house as much as we used to. So we've decided to share it with others!

Why Claire Poynton chose Norfolk Broads

We are not party animals, we like the peace and quiet of the location of our property but also that we can walk to the village with its pubs and shops.We also like the fact that there is so much to do in the area. We enjoy boating, fishing, cycling - nice and flat! and bike hire 5 minutes away. There are lovely walks locally, some beautiful beaches only a 20 minute drive away, and Norwich with its shops, cathedral and cobbled streets 30 minutes away. But most of all its just a wonderful place to relax!

What makes this house unique

We love its location - tucked away down a private drive but still next to the water. It really is a great place to unwind.

Outside: Large waterside garden with boat mooring. There is usually a boat moored outside but this will not be visited while you are in the house. Utility Room: Ground floor Utility room with washer and dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels will be provided. The property will be cleaned at the beginning and end of your stay only and is included in the price.

We had a very enjoyable week in Horning. The property was ideal. Very warm and cosy and extremely well equipped and clean. Good shower and other facilities. Very restful.

Lovely house in a great location.

We enjoyed five days in this lovely house and would have liked to stay longer. The design is stunning and provides everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It has pleasant views from the front and rear balconies and is a short stroll from the village of Horning with its three pubs, Chinese take away and a couple of restaurants. The Chinese was excellent and delivers for a small fee. Wroxham is a ten minute drive away and self drive boat hire is reasonably priced.

This was my first visit to Norfolk and when we return we will be choosing to stay in this house again.

Better than we expected.

The owners leave lots of extras ,coffee for the machine.

Wine a d chocolates on arrival.

The house was immaculate

Location was a very short walk from horning village. With its shops and pubs, plus fishing.

Wroxham is a ten minute drive away with all its shops and takeaways.

Some deliver.

Although the fishing was rubbish, we did see a finisher at the end of the garden.

Very comfortable and relaxing holiday.
