We are Tony and Julie, a married couple from the UK. We have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. We both work in the UK and spend most of our holidays in Mallorca. We fell in love with the island for it's naturally beauty and the short distances between the main populations and small towns and villages. We also love the small secluded coves and beaches and the diversity of cuisines.

We appreciate quality and have created a lovely holiday experience for ourselves, our family and selective guests who choose to rent with us.

Lovely relaxing holiday.

Communication throughout the booking process, pre-arrival and during our stay was clear, prompt and effective.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and provided a very comfortable home from home. The apartment had a lovely aspect over the complex.

The complex itself was quiet and peaceful but well located for Cala D'or, the marina, Cala Egos and Porto Petro with a supermarket located 200 yards away.

Restaurant recommendations were good and would additionally add C'an Martina on the waterfront at Porto Petro.

All in all the owners were great hosts and we would definitely return and recommend.

Great location, amazing pools !

Apartment clean and tidy, complex was really nice. The pools were Clean and great having so many to choose from. There being many pools meant that they were not overcrowded at anytime so was very pleasant. Location wise very central. Close by to the marina where we spent a lot if time eating out and went on the fast boat trips twice highly recommend !!!

The only downside was the lack of wifi , which I realised can be purchased in nearby town but I never got round to finding the shop as it was not that close and didn't want the fuss of trying to sort it all out. I would have happily paid a little bit more for the accommodation if wifi was included, just so we could check out online things to once we we were there. The only other thing which I could have done with as I didn't bring one as always been provided before was a hairdryer !!

On the whole it was an enjoyable holiday with nice surroundings.

Nice family apartment!

The apartment was very clean and tidy and felt like a home away from home. The pool areas and gardens were well maintained. Also a decent size balcony with comfortable seating.

Perfect location and only short walk away from the marina and Cala Egos. Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

fantastic holiday in apartment with great location

We stayed in this apartment for 11 nights with our 2 children aged 8 and 12. We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. the complex itself is fairly quiet despite being quite large...the kids had the pools to themselves sometimes! It was such a bonus to have our own sunbeds at the pool as well. The apartment is a 5 min stroll to the marina where there are plenty of restaurants. it's a lovely walk around the marina into cala d'or where the restaurants are even more plentiful. there are also several restaurants 5 mins in the other direction at cala egos along with a good sized supermarket. The small beach is also a short walk away. We would definitely recommend this for a lovely family holiday.

Modern apartment in great location

Lovely modern apartment with virtually everything you would need. Location is excellent just a 5 minute walk to Cala D'or harbour which has an array of excellent restaurants, a few bars and is very picturesque. Cala Egos in the other direction is only 5 minutes away as is the large supermarket. Cala D'or town itself is a 20 minute walk or 6 euros in a taxi where there is a greater range of restaurants and bars. The apartment has all modern facilities including TV, radio, Xbox, iPod radio etc etc. Only slight negative was only 1 or 2 English channels on the TV but thereagain you do not go on holiday to watch TV. The complex itself is very clean and well presented. Even have access to your own sunbeds - no towels required !! Owners are very accommodating who provided clear directions and an information sheet. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday close to excellent restaurants in a lovely setting them I can strongly recommend this apartment.

We love the security of the complex from the outside whilst enjoying expansive freedom within. The choice of pools and sunbathing areas is second to none and as you will see from reviews of other apartments in the complex, they are rarely busy as there is an equal mix of owners and holiday makers. It's close to Cala Egos, Cala D'or and the beautiful Marina providing plenty of choices of food and drinking establishments and cuisines to suit all palettes.

Nearest Airport : Palma at 55 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Smugglers at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Many at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Cala Mondrego at 5 Kilometres Car: not necessary


5 minute walk to local cove/beach in Cala Egos. 10 minute drive or fixed fare taxi ride to Cala Mondrago beach, situated within Mondrago National Park, providing two large cove beaches with restaurants and sun bed hire. A bus also runs at regular intervals from Cala D'Or for very reasonable return fares.


Nearest Airport is less than an hour's drive. Car hire is available either at the airport or locally in Cala Egos or Cala D'Or.

Further Details:

Supermarket within 5 minutes walk and much larger ones in Cali D'or. Compete range of shops in both towns selling normal holiday items plus a pharmacy.

Keys and directions will be provided approx. 2 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 11am. Flexibility may be given if there are no prior/subsequent bookings but an additional fee will be required to cover changes to cleaning schedules. For stays of two weeks or more bedding and towels will be changed every week and a superficial clean will be done. Guests are not required to be present but should leave towels in the bath.

Notes on prices:
Easter and Christmas weeks will be charged at an additional £75 per week above the standard rate to cover additional maintenance costs.

A £250 refundable security deposit will be required when the balance is due.

The property is enclosed within a gated community providing safety and security especially for children. There are 8 swimming pools ranging from shallow paddling pools for toddlers up to large deep pools for laps and swimming. The grounds are very spacious with large grassy areas and exquisite tropical landscaping. The apartment boasts a large secluded balcony for sun bathing and dining with a gas BBQ, a bistro table and chairs and a range of comfy seating for lounging on. The bedroom has plenty of storage and wardrobe space. There is a PS3 with games, a CD player and a DVD player with various DVD's for adult, family and children.
