The home set in Compass Bay at the junction of Poinciana Blvd and H/way 192 a sought after central location for Disney 5-10 minutes away, and Universal studios just 15-20 minutes away, making this an ideal place to stay for all main attractions. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance with supermarkets only minutes away. Kissimmee ‘Old Town’ is a great night out a short distance away.

About Stanley Booth

We are Stanley & Trish we have 3 grown up daughters whom we have taking to Florida from the UK since they were young girls. We rented homes year after year and hoped some day to own our own home.

Eventually after a lifetime in public service for me and Trish as a district nurse we were able to own our home in the sun a lovely townhouse built in 2007.

Now as grandparents we love to see the little ones get the chance to visit Disney so we do all we can to make their stay fun, and help mom and dad get a good deal. Feel free to discuss your plans with us and ask how we can help.

We have just returned from holiday at this property.

It was everything and more than we expected.

Lovely and clean and excellent facilities.

Beds so comfortable it was difficult to climb out.

Would definitely book again once we have our holiday days for next year.

This is a lovely property in a very convenient location

I have visited FL on many occasions and have been going for over 20 years. This house is in a great location for the parks, shopping and dining locations. It is very well presented and has a really homely feel. I would certainly recommend it to anybody visiting for the first time or, indeed, seasoned FL vacationers. I only wish we could have stayed longer than 2 weeks.

Home away from home

First time renting through VRBO, extremely pleased with central location and unit. Very well appointed and professionally decorated. Renter instruction booklet very complete. Only problem was entry through closed gate, needed hashtag entered before code. No mention in booklet and needed help getting in.

Perfect place for us!

We took our grandsons and their parents and had a wonderful time here. The unit was spacious with a huge kitchen. The location was not far from grocery stores (Wal-mart & Publix) and also near Disney World. We would stay here again. This townhouse is fabulous!

The townhouse is fabulous! First class! We were very pleased. A new thing press # key before gate code to enter townhouse complex. The first night @ 10pm another guest came and punched in their code to let us in. The cars were backing up and we showed our reservation paper. The next day when we called they mentioned the # sign was added to the code box to open and close the gate. We felt very safe in the gated community. It is so quiet. The community pool is lovely and heated. The location is awesome to Disney World. 12 minutes to Epcot one way going 535 to 536. A piece of cake driving in the back way to the parks. Continue on the same back roads passed Epcot to get to Magic Kingdom 18 min one way. Walmart, Publix, TJ Maxx close by the complex. Great place to stay so close to everything. ***Newly built up area in Kissimmee right off the expressway. You won't be disappointed.
