Le Florimont is a new residence close to Morzine town centre, situated next to the Pleney slopes.

Apartment Niepage is on the ground floor of Le Florimont with it's own front door and garden. Le Florimont is a new residence close to Morzine town centre, situated next to the Pleney slopes.

The apartment is ski in/ski out. Catch the drag lift next to the residence which allows you to traverse to the Pleney gondola. To get back, you can take the Retour de Nyon piste, which brings you to the slope directly behind the apartment. With a ski locker just outside the front door, you can be skiing within minutes.

Accomodation:

There is a spacious cloakroom area to the left as you enter the apartment. There is plenty of space for you boots and helmets, and it’s nice and toasty so your outdoor gear will dry quickly.

One of the large double bedrooms is opposite the entrance and has built in wardrobes.

The open plan living room and kitchen is a spacious area, with two comfortable king size sofa beds, a large flat screen satellite TV and DVD player, an ipod dock and a dining table for up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the mod-cons including an integrated fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and full size double oven and 4 ring hob.

Off the living area is the second double bedroom, again with built in wardrobes giving plenty of storage and French windows so you can access the outside area.

Both bathrooms are located next to the second double room, one with a shower and WC and the second with a shower over bath, WC and sink.

There is ski storage located just outside the front door.

There is also a small south facing garden where you can enjoy the views in the sun with a glass of wine or cup of tea after a days skiing.

Bedroom 1: double bedroom with a king size bed and built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2: double bedroom with a king size bed and built in wardrobes and French doors onto the garden.

Living area: Sofas including 2 king size sofa beds.

1 Bathroom and 1 Shower room, both with WC.

Tim and Annette live in Furneux Pelham together with their 2 children, James and Angelina.

Jeff and Jenny live in Stocking Pelham together with their 4 children, Jess, Leane, Freddy and Ella.

We have been going to Morzine during the summer and winter for over 10 years.

A lovely modern and comfortable apartment close to Morzine centre

We had a lovely week staying in this superbly appointed apartment in August. For a family of 4 with two primary school age children it was absolutely ideal. There was a safe area for them to play outside and it was only a 5 minute walk into Morzine. The covered parking space was a bonus as we were lucky enough to have a very hot week and it meant the car stayed cool even in the middle of the day.

Morzine itself was buzzing with loads of great restaurants and bars. And there is so much to do in the area, a week was simply not enough.

We loved it and may well be back!

fantastic, cosy and well equiped apartment close to the slopes

We had a great time in this lovely apartment. We've been in Morzine for ten years now, in different apartments, but this one was definitely the nicest.

Cosy, very well equiped in terms of kitchen, comfortable couches and beds. You can see Tim, Jeff and their families have furnished this apartment with care. Besides, the location is perfect. When there is enough snow (most of the years, unfortunately not this year), it is ski in and ski-out, and wihtin walking distance of the centre of Morzine. We would love to come back!

just got back from a great week in morzine, the apartment seems brand new , very clean well equipped and in a great location, been skiing in morzine many times and this is the best apartment we have stayed in by a long way.

Nice big apartment

Really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We were 4 adults and had plenty of room unlike most apartments in the Alps. Also the 2 toilets and showers were great especially when getting ready to go out. The apartment is only a short walk into town and down to the pleny and also has the added bonus of boarding straight back to the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment and would certainly stay here again
