About the property

Apartment Niepage is situated next to the Pleney slopes and is close to Morzine town centre.

The location of the residence has the added bonus of being ski in/ski out. From the apartment, traverse to the drag lift and then ski over to the Pleney gondola. To get back, take the Retour de Nyon piste, this then brings you to a slope which takes you directly back to the apartments front door.

After a hard days skiing, walking or biking, you can relax in the sun in the south facing garden whilst enjoying the mountain views with a glass of wine, cold beer or a gin and tonic.

Although ideally suited to a family of four, the apartment will accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children.

There are 2 bedrooms, both with king size double beds and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom benefits from French windows with access to the garden. The spacious open plan lounge area has two comfortable king size sofa beds, a large flat screen TV, freesat and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the mod-cons including an iPod dock, Amazon Echo and a dining table for up to 10 people, There is an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and full size double oven and 4 ring hob.

The cloakroom area has plenty of space for your boots and helmets and it’s nice and toasty so your outdoor gear will dry quickly. There is also a large ski locker just outside the front door.

There is a large bathroom with a shower above the bath, WC and sink and also a shower room with built in shower and WC.

We both live in Hertfordshire and have been going to Morzine for over 10 years.

We love Morzine and at anytime of the year the mountain views are breathtaking. There are plenty of activiess to do all year round and the apres-ski is particularly excellent too!

If you choose to come to Morzine, you won’t be disappointed and we are sure you will enjoy visiting this very beautiful town and surrounding areas.

What makes this apartment unique

We chose the apartment for three main reasons:

1. It is near to Morzine town centre

2. It has it’s own private south facing garden and

3. It is ski in/ski out, which is a real bonus after a hard days skiing, walking or biking.

Beautiful Apartment.

Beautiful apartment with all your need, Positioned perfect for the piste 25 meters walk and we were skiing We stayed for a week and our sons joined us for 4days with 3 grandchildren

7 of us very comfortable in apartment.

The Apartment is easy stroll to restaurants and shops .

We all Agreed we would love to return , Highly Recommend.

Cosy, comfortable home from home

Property is well maintained, well equipped, cosy and comfortable. We were a family of 4 which was ideal for size of accommodation. Room for everyone.

Ski out/in was good extra. Morzine a very nice town with lots of good food, bars and shops.

We will be back next year.

Excellent apartment with everything you will need for a comfortable stay

This is a wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need during your stay. We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 young children and it provided us all with plenty of space. It is lovely decorated and very clean and only 5 minuets walk from the plenary ski lift in one direction and 5 minuets (once you find the short cut) to the supermarket and bars and restaurants, of which there are plenty to choose from in morzine.

We highly recommend this apartment :)

Lovely Chalet

We had a lovely stay in the Chalet, short walk from both the town with decent restaurants and also the Supermarkets.

Virtually ski in (easy off-piste) and ski out (green area).

Well proportioned bedrooms and kitchen and able to store skis outside. We will definitely consider a return trip.
