The three villas, built in a spacious, private estate, will provide you with everything you need for an unforgettable holiday on the lovely island of Kefalonia. Imagine getting up each morning and walking into the azure clear waters of the warm sea just 15 meters away from your door. The fine sand is soft and the waters clean and calm. The gradual deepening of the sea and the lack of currents made this beach especially suitable for children and inexperienced swimmers. Soak up the Ionian sun or rub yourself with the special clay that borders the beach for a therapeutic skin treatment. Enjoy a chilled glass (or two) of excellent Kefalonian wine in the garden and walk over to the taverna that serves delicious local specialties if you do not feel like cooking (although the villa kitchens are fully fitted with all appliances). Want to cook outdoors? The large, built in bbq and outdoor dining area are there for you to use. Just give us a little advance notice and we can have it set up for you. The location of the estate is perfect if you wish to explore all that Kefalonia has to offer, from stunning beaches and caves to magnificent mountains and picturesque villages.

Why Antonios Ananiadis chose Kefalonia (Cephalonia)
When we saw this piece of land, my wife and I immediately fell in love with it. It is very difficult to find a piece of land with such easy access to such a lovely beach, and the view was stunning. It is convenient to town, and has easy access via an asphalt road, but it is also away from the crowds.
What makes this villa unique
You don't have to drive to get to a sandy beach of this quality since it lies right in front of you. Most other seaside villas are built on rocks. The aqua park is also a great hit with children.
- Booking Notes:
Please contact me for the booking procedures.

Notes on prices:
The prices for the Dominique and Odysseus villas are per apartment which sleeps 6-8 each.
