In this apartment you will find a spacious lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms one of which is a en-suite, 3 bedrooms( 4 single beds and a double bed ), terrace with views of the beach with table and chairs and a large Private roof terrace that gives you a wonderful sight of the Bay and a real relaxing feel during your holiday. The Apartment is in the area of Pinaret a short 5-10 minute walk along the beach front to the centre of town where you will find countless restaurants, shops, and bars. Apt not ready for our stay

The apt for our 2 wks stay was not ready for our arrival. Reason; We were the first for the season. It was dump even the windows was open, it was cold and there was a main problem to find the adress and to get in at night, reason; not very well map and instructions. More negative; things that should be there was not (it took us 3 days to sort it out - among sun beds on the top terrasse), no telling us about the garbage to put and what about the infame smell from the sink and surrounds after some wks when the temperature started to lift over 20...uuusj - had to keep the windows always open.

The apt is spasious and clean but the kitchen is a tired part even though most of the stuff is there - it should have been renovated for a more welcomed part of the apt. Toilets and shower are okay and so the bedrooms but the beds are not for taller people; even for a guy like me (172) did not find my feet inside the bed. That is a problem in very many southern countries like Spain....

Trees are normal a blessing in the hot season shadowing like a terrace. We did not like it during the stay. It's a massiv tree in front of the apt and we did not hardly had any sun on the terrasse. Was not nice to sit there with a pullover both in the morning and the evening! We joked about getting a chainsaw.....

Then the view is nice from the terrasse to the bay, it's peaceful like it always has been and more since 2 years the main road was made one way. That was a headache on our arrival since last time we had been there, drove 4 times *around the bend* with no intstructions how to get there in the middle of the night ....

Conclutions; If we did not have been the first for the season we would have been more happy. To have to score only 3 all over is because the apt was not ready for us. It is a pity - since we paid too much for those two wks...we should have been refunded half of the price.

A very pleasant apartment in a good location.

The apartment is very clean and well presented although some aspects of the accommodation would benefit from upgrading/renewing. We found the location to be excellent for our style of holiday. The area is convenient for the town center and there are a number of good restaurants and shops quite close by. Directly opposite a lovely area of beach it offers superb views from the balcony.

There are slight inaccuracies in the details for the property - the designated car parking was locked and unavailable, however we found that there was adequate parking at the front of the building, and there is no dish washing machine.

We found Danny James (Property Manager) to be very helpful and efficient and easily contacted by telephone.
