2 Bedroom Villa in an excellent location on this beautifully maintained complex.

Sunningdale Village is located in a prime position on the Golf del sur, a short taxi journey from Tenerife South airport (Reina Sofia) and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, golf courses, bowls, the marina and sea.

Surrounded by immaculate gardens the complex boasts a large heated swimming pool along with a children’s pool. There is a restaurant and bar overlooking the pool allowing you to relax in comfort. Sunningdale Village attracts families and couples, as well as golfers and crown green bowlers, who want to enjoy a warm climate in beautiful surroundings.

Our villa is 2 storey set in a prime, but quiet location, with patios at the front and rear of the property and an upstairs terrace with views of Red Rock and the sea. The large lounge has patio doors leading onto the front patio area with table, parasol and chairs; loungers are available on the upstairs terrace. Ground floor comprises of a large lounge with Satellite TV & DVD player, dining area and separate kitchen, twin bedroom and separate bathroom. Upstairs comprises of a master suite/terrace and en-suite bathroom. All patio doors have had mosquito screens installed for your comfort.

Sunningdale Village offers quality amenities suitable for the elderly, small children with a children’s pool, play area and Team Marina for both adult and children’s activities to take part in.

We love our holidays and after many years of discussing owning a property in September 2014 we completed the purchase in Sunningdale Village. We have been to the complex many times and are delighted to have a holiday home we can share with others.

15 minutes from the airport. Lovely complex, with great amenities for all ages and profile of visitors. Close enough to access the southern areas of Tenerife by local transport if you choose not to hire a car.

Great place to relax and enjoy all year round sunshine.

Heated pool all year round.

What makes this villa unique

Enjoy evening drinks on the rear patio watching the sun go down with Mount Teide in the distance.

Fully equipped villa for dinning in should you choose to, although lovely restaurants and eateries just minutes away.

Views of Red Rock and the sea from the upstairs terrace.

Walking distance to the golf course.

Excellent location for visiting other parts of the island and finding some wonderful remote tapas restaurants.

We had a wonderful time and simply loved your villa so much so that we would love to book with you again. We had several cloudy and very windy days and really appreciated the TV package, which surprised us as we have both a full cable package and Netflix at home and yet yours was better. The position of the villa was excellent.

The management company, a lady called Sue, came at about 1pm and changed the sheets and towels. She was friendly and efficient.

Although we know the surrounding area quite well re restaurants etc we still measured walking time/distances to ensure Tom could manage.

We also identified where all the Taxi ranks were as although we hire a car if we can walk one way we tend to use a taxi back as we all like a drink.

Re feedback/ enhancements;

Your villa is very well equipped. We would have liked more plastic glasses. We like to take drinks up to the upstairs Balcony and outside to the front and as we are usually using suntan lotions hands can be a bit slippy occasionally.

Notes on accommodation: There is a safe for your security. A Hairdryer is provided in each bathroom. IPTV with all sports, movies, UK channels and catch up along with wifi are available in the villa. If you would like shopping delivered to the villa prior to your arrival a starter pack of basics can be arranged at an extra cost. Outside: Communal swimming pool, with children's pool, both heated in winter months, with lifeguard everyday. Communal gardens, and activity areas, children's playground, crazy golf, table tennis and pool table. Villa has 3 outside areas; Front patio with all day sunshine, table and chairs for alfresco dining. Rear patio with seating area, patio table and chairs for evening drinks watching the sun set behind Mount Teide. Upstairs terrace; 2 sun loungers for private sunbathing with views of Red Rock and the sea. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is cleaned, and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Additional cleaning, and or linen/towel changes can be arranged during your stay at an additional cost. Pool towels are provided but if lost there is a charge from the deposit. Everything you need and british tv

Well looked after by owners

The complex has entetainment on at night

And activities on during day

I did a few but there is no pressure to get involved so if you want a quiet holiday you can have one

Lovely villa, great location.

Heated pool, entertainment varied each night from singers to bands, entertainment during the day too; boules, quiz, bingo and crazy golf to name a few.

Great stress-free holiday

Having never booked a holiday through a rental company before, Jane made the whole process, either before or during the holiday, very easy, relaxing and stress free. The villa was perfect and had everything we needed - we have stayed at Sunningdale previously so knew what to expect but 21A surpassed this. Nothing to fault and highly recommended.

The sandy beaches of El Medano, Los Cristianos, Fanabe and El Duque are all within a 20 minute drive away.

El Medano can also be reached using the local bus service which picks up just outside Sunningdale Village.


Sunningdale Village is conveniently located on Golf Del Sur approximately 15 minutes from the airport (Sur Reina Sofia). There is a taxi rank right outside the airport or alternatively, if you wish to hire a car, this can be done prior to your holiday or at the airport upon your arrival.


The precinct of San Blas is a 20 minute walk with facilities including; shops, supermarket, all types of restaurants, bars, car hire, hairdressers, banks and money exchange.

The coastal village of Los Abrigos, well known for the quality of its local fish restaurants, and can be reached by a local bus if you choose not to hire a car during your stay. There is a coastal path from the villa via San Blas area and the promenade to Los Abrigos during daylight hours circa 40 mins.

Tenerife Bowls is situated just a 5 minute walk from the villa at The Winter Gardens; 8 rink flat green bowling surface, open 7 days a week, flood-lit evening sessions, coaching lessons with qualified coach, sun shaded spectator area.

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required on booking, the balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
Our pricing is UK Sterling per week, for 4 people. Additional people are £50 per week per person, maximum of an extra 2 people.
A £200 damage security deposit will be included in the total cost, returned post cleaning of the villa.
We recommend a booking form is completed, the deposit is paid, and safe receipt confirmed by us before making your travel arrangements.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday.
Part weeks may be considered but an additional charge will be incurred to cover unoccupied days.
Arrival after 2pm.
Departure is 10am prompt.

Notes on prices:
Prices per week (UK Sterling) based on 4 people.
The 5th & 6th person are an extra £50 per person per week.
£100 per week non returnable deposit with signed booking form.
£200 damage security deposit will be included in the total cost, returned post property clean on confirmation no damage has occurred.
Additional services can be provided at additional cost including; safe hire, linen & towel changes, cleaning, food starter pack, cot hire.
