Villa in Sa Coma, East Mallorca, Balearic Islands - location but within a few minutes drive or short walk to fantastic beach.

The Villa is spacious, detached and stands within its own secluded gardens.

The location is quiet and peaceful but within easy walking reach of all the amenities, boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets of Sa Coma; also, Sa Coma's fantastic beach and country park.

The villa is light, spacious with 3 delightful balconies having parkland or mountain views. All the floors are tiled with beautiful mosaic designs and the kitchen is natural granite surface with American style fridge. The property has 3 double bedrooms, a further cot; a bath, wc and separate shower downstairs, also a wc and shower upstairs. The garden is private and secluded with mature plants including fig and olive trees; the private pool is a generous size for exclusive use of villa guests.

An immaculate villa, air-conditioned for summer months and a cosy log burner for those winter breaks.

Amazing Villa, Will definitely be returning.

Couldn't have asked for more. This villa has everything you need and more. We went as a group with 2 children, one aged 11 and one aged 4. Clean Spacious Rooms with Air-con. Beautiful Outside patio area perfect for BBQ's. The pool is Excellent and spotless. We didn't even have to purchase any lilos as there are already 2. The garden area is very private and secure which was very important to me with my four year old who loves to explore! Both bathrooms were beautiful and perfect with us going as a group. I couldn't have asked for anything more from Mark, he was always happy to help with advise for booking flights and transfers, best places to shop

We are already planning our next visit !! Thanks for an Amazing Holiday We loved it :)

Small town between the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland

Wonderful holiday in a wonderful villa .

We had a lovely 10 days at Mark's villa in September . We made full use of the pool , barbecue , garden and patio over our ten days and the weather was brilliant.

We were a family group of five adults including a disabled lady who was really pleased with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom . She found negotiating the villa very easy .

We wanted a relaxing stay and we certainly got that . As we passed noisy hotel and apartment complexes on the way back to the villa at night we were so pleased we had the peace of our own place .

The villa is well equipped for a great stay - good kitchen facilities but also in easy reach of some good dining out . We tried a few of the local places and our favourite was Onkel Willy's - Es Molet at S' Illot .We have reviewed these on tripadvisor.

The whole process from initial enquiry to support during the holiday was made very easy through Mark's professionalism and caring approach.

We were getting used to Mave forever saying "this is so wonderful " by the end of the holiday .We agree with her!

My second time, there will be a third, and a forth

Great villa has everything and more. Spotless inside and out and in a good location. Nice and quiet and private. Yet only a ten min walk into Sa Coma or a twenty minute walk in Cala Millor. It's also only 2 mins from Bouganvilla so if you want a snack or need a few bits from their shops, pop up. The car hire from there is also as cheap as you'll get and so handy location wise. There is plenty to do in and around the Sa Coma area and a walk up to the castle is a must. Lovely views and a great walk. Wear a hat if your thin on top like me.....

The owners are easy to deal with and Mark is contactable and very happy to help and advise should you need him.

I will definitely be coming back here, it's just so nice and the villa has everything you'd need for a great relaxing holiday. You won't be disappointed.

Stunning villa, great location, private pool and garden, little slice of heaven

Marks family villa has everything you need for a great holiday! It's very spacious, clean and well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The pool and garden area are totally private and secure good if you have small children. There was seven of us staying and we really liked the fact there was a bedroom and bathroom down stairs. Nothing is a problem for mark he was really helpful from booking his villa and any questions etc we had. There is a lovely Wee pool man that comes round once a week to clean the pool and a bit of gardening if it's needed. I would highly recommend marks villa and Sa coma it's a stunning place not commercialised like some of Spain it's proper old Spain and we like that. The restaurants were lovely good choice and well priced everyone was really friendly. If you like to be pampered a bit I'd also recommend the hair dressers that is within the big supermarket. There is a smaller supermarket at the bottom of the road the lady there is really friendly and helpful if she doesn't have what your looking for she can order it in for you for the next day. We will definently be back and it's marks villa we would book again. Thanks mark to you and your family.

Very easy to feel "At Home". Very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely garden and patio area. Good shady areas if needed.. Well positioned for beach, shops and restaurants. We very successfully used the Hoppa Bus for Airport transport, dropped off at Hotel Bouganvilla a stones throw from the Villa and managed without a car or taxi for the 2 wk stay. Full marks to Mark for communication, assistance and recommendations.

Very impressed with the villa, spacious, clean and had everything you needed for a self catering place. We had a 3 year old with us and I would say it is good for children also with steps into the pool. Could not find any fault with it. Thank you

When I first saw my Villa I had looked at many similar in the area but what struck me was the lovely exclusive area, close to the beach for a easy walk but away from the busy touristic areas. A fantastic location.

Nearest Airport : Palma Airport at 72.6 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Marinas Bar at 0.45 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Palma at 75 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Sa Coma at 2 Kilometres Nearest Train : Manacor at 18.9 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : n/a at 20 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Marinas Bar at 0.45 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Sa Coma Beach at 1.4 Kilometres Car: recommended


Walking to the beach 15 minutes or driving 2 minutes, Sa. Coma beach is probably one of the finest beaches in the world, golden sand and turquoise blue crystal clear waters.


Travel to the Villa from Palma airport: You can travel to the Villa four ways: A. Car hire which is recommended, good roads and a drive of approximately 45 minutes. B. Take a Taxi at the airport, current costs (2014). C. Resort Hopper recommended but book online in advance, good value. D. Local bus from Palma, quite inexpensive but journey times vary.

The villa should be left in a clean and tidy state with all rubbish removed. An optional cleaning service is available by prior booking at a cost of £100. In any event, all rubbish must be removed from the house and gardens by the guests at time of departure.

At time of booking a £200 reservation fee is required which is deductible from the overall charge and also a no damage/key loss deposit of £200 will be required which will be refunded within 14 days of vacating the villa subject to no loss or damage, or misplacement/loss of keys. The balance is payable in full 80 days prior to the holiday commencing.
