Lovely modern two bedroom apartment, well equipped with all the modern conveniences you will ever need. A real home from home! Very light, bright and airy apartment with two wall to wall double windows looking out over the south facing balcony benefiting from all day sun, plenty of seating and a large parasol if you prefer a little shade. Great views from the balcony overlooking the large Mediterranean lawned gardens/pool, great for sunbathing on the lush grass or relaxing under the shade of one of the many mature trees. Situated in the centre of the gardens is the enormous oasis like pool and separate kids pool, sun terrace, restaurant/bar and band stand for some evening entertainment. The apartment has the best of both worlds being situated in the peaceful Siesta urbanisation. The village of Siesta is a mixed blend of holidaymakers and locals giving it a more authentic Spanish feel. Only a handful of shops/restaurants and bars are in the immediate area ensuring a quiet tranquil atmosphere with the closest beach being only 300m walk away. For a little more action and more choice of shops/beaches/restaurants and bars its only a pleasant 10mins stroll over the river Santa Eulalia and along the beach front promenade to the centre of Santa Eulalia town and on to the stunning new marina. This apartment is suitable for those wishing for peace and quiet during their stay as this is a tranquil community.

Notes on accommodation: Safety/security deposit box. Outside: Good sized double balcony, south facing (sunny), built in seating for 6 people, table/chairs/parasol and a dryingrack. Uninterrupted views across the mature communal lawned gardens/pool, up to the lush monta verde mountain. Partial sea view. The communal garden has got a very large pool, separate children's pool with surrounding sun terraces with plenty of all day sun or shade whatever you desire. Poolside bar/restaurant, and band stand for entertainment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. There is no cleaning service but the apartment is cleaned to a very high standard before and after each rental.

Lovely apartment,recently modernised with every amenity including wi fi. Private sunny balcony. Very comfortable double bed. Very large pool area ideal for families and couples. Short walk into Santa Eulalia on promenade along the coast. 2euro bus fare into Ibizas old town from Santa eulalia. Overall would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Relaxing area, lovely apartment

A lovely apartment with a great terrace in a very quiet & well maintained complex. The pool is big and there's plenty of space around to hire a sunbed(2€) or hang around the bar which does food during the day. Around the corner is an ok restaurant/cafe(Titanic) if one is feeling too lazy or too hot to cook but for a great meal in beautiful restaurant take a trip to 'Seventeen', a few minutes walk away. It is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of St.Eulalia, but it's right along the seafont past many bars which is no hardship! St.Eulalia itself is pretty laid back, loads of good places to eat & mainly a couples/family type place. Not really for clubbers or party animals!!

The apartment is accurately described & has everything we needed, including Wi-Fi & a small safe for valuables, not that that felt neccesary as the area is so peaceful. The small but lovely beach is about 5/10 minute walk with a nice little bar. I'd recommend the apartment & Vera was very helpful, she even posted an iPod to us in th UK which was left behind. Thanks Vera.

Even better than the photos!!

After our missed flight, and late arrival we were very happy to finally find ourselves in a beutifull apartment.

It was everything and more than the description and photos said it would be!!

Immaculatelly clean and well equiped with a few nice finishing touches.

And in the morning it was a delight to wake up and finally get to see the view across the gardens and upto the mountains.

The pool was great for all the familly and never too busy "so no fighting for the sunbeds"and the pool bar/restaurant was good and reasonably priced, with some flamenco and live guitar some evenings.

The location was great for us as the surounding area was quiet but the town is only ten mins walk with everything we could wish for!!

Thank you to Vera, for our stay in your apartment "And extra thanks for checking us in so late at night!!"

Got to be one of the best holidays ever. I would defenately recommend this apartment and we will be back next year!!
