The house is situated in Ciudad Quesada near the Marquesa Golf Course on the Costa Blanca South of Spain.

This Furnished fully Equipped ground floor house is ideal for Golfers, Families and Couples. There are Shops, restaurants, Banks, Bars and Supermarkets close by. Within short distance of all amenities & activities. The 18 hole Golf Course has a Driving Range. Within a short distance there is an Aqua Park, also within a short drive there are Salt Lakes, Go Karting, Horse Riding, Nature Reserves, Quad Bike, Cave Houses in Rojales that are open to the public. There are excursions regularly, to places such as Algar Water Falls, Guadalest, Benidorm, Cartargena, Jumilla, Caravaca De La Cruz, Jalon Valley.The buses can be caught in Ciudad Quesada or Rojales, which are the closest pick up point, and many more things.

A 10 minute drive will take you to the lovely Beach of Guardamar. Where there are a number of Shops, Bars, and Restaurants, and during the summer months a Night Market & Fun Fair every night. Also lets not forget the Fiesta's which Spain is very famous for.

About the same distance away (15 mins) Torrevieja has a beach, also with many Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Night Market all year round, and a Port where you can book a day trip or longer to the small Island of Tabarca.

The house is very clean and spacious, with two bedrooms. One with a double bed & the other with two single beds. Both have double built in wardrobes, Bed Linen included.

The Lounge and Dining area, consist of a TV (English programs), DVD player is also available and ample space to seat 4 people.

The Kitchen area has cooker, oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge, kettle, and Cutlery, Pots & Pans, tea towels. The bath room has bath tub with shower, toilet, Wash Basin and ample Towels (Bring your own Beach Towels) . There is also hot water Boiler, Washing Machine, fridge freezer.

The outside Area has Table & Chairs. A minute walk away takes you to the private Communal Pool secured with coded locked gates.

On arrival there will be by request a Welcome Pack.

There will be someone on hand to try and help you with any queries.

Located 30 mins drive from both Alicante and Murcia airports, visitors from the UK can take advantage of some great flight deals from Easy Jet, Monarch, Ryan Air, Thomson and Thomas Cook.

Ciudad Quesada itself has Golf Club, all the supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants you need within short driving distance.

within walking distance there is a golf course.. Children Fun Aqua Park (Water park). web site aquaparkrojales es.. also there is Quesada Country Club,,,16 Calle Toledo for snooker table, pool, restaurant children play area, night entertainment on most nights within walking distance. Gym, fitness club, bowling club.

The nearby resort town of Torrevieja has cinema, hypermarkets, shopping centres, bowling alleys, restaurants, nightclubs and everything you would expect from a Spanish resort.

There are several beauty spots within an hour’s drive, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.

Had a very happy Christmas here apartment was well equipped and comfortable tv easy to use and beds comfy will definitely be using again would also say that ramon is also very helpful when booking and makes the process easy and me and my family would like to thank him for making our Christmas a good one

clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable in quiet location.

Sad that on arrival, we had very little loo paper, no dishcloth or washing up liquid.

Had to buy all these next day.

Also only 1 wine glass provided so again had to buy.

Good TV facilities and nice lounge furniture.

Kitchen kitted out quite well and nice to have washing machine.

Would definitely stay again but need to check basics BEFORE we go shopping!

Owner's Response: Hi Thanks for your feed back. I am sorry about the issues you have raised. Regarding the wine glasses and dish cloths there were enough last time I was there but they must have been damaged by other guests and had not been reported to the manager, I will sort that out. And regarding the loo paper, milk, water etc they can be provided on request in advance and paid to the manger on arrival. I hope that we can see you again and provide you a lovely stay in the future. Thanks again.

Hot and Sticky

The property is located in a quiet area cut into a hillside. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit does not work and no longer listed on the details. It is far too hot in the summer to rely on noisy ceiling fans alone. The local agent was non responsive and latterly confirmed that previous clients had also complained. Shame also that the mattresses were like sleeping on wire fence panels and with the heat no one could sleep. Given that the criteria for ANY booking is air con and WiFi it is perplexing that now neither are listed under the details. It could be a great little apartment but having contacted the owner who provided a rebuttal, standards need to be raised.

As far as WiFi is concerned, as you were informed in private e-mail it was your misunderstanding that there is a WiFi, you should have checked properly and should have contacted before booking and would have given all necessary information. And regarding everything else you are not being truthful as you informed the agent you enjoyed your stay and the property is well equipped.

Dårlig stand

Lejligheden lugtede muggent selvom der var gjort pænt rent der kravlede små dyr på skabet med tv og på gulvet i stuen og køkken- fluer og edderkopper i massevis - ovnen var rustet - bestik - tallerkner - glas med mere var skårede eller fedtede - manglede en del porcelæn især vinglas, gryder - potter -pander var også rustede og fedtede, dobbeltsengen trænger til en ny madras - lejligheden trænger i det hele taget til en god renovering. ,
