There is air con in all rooms satellite tv and free wifi. It is close to one of the best beaches on the island with a good selection of local shops and restaurants also close by.

A gem in paradise

What a find!! Beautiful house with fantastic swimming complex and in a gorgeous setting. We had such a relaxing break, and compared to a hotel the extra space with two children, and the swimming facilities that you can see from the lounge made so much more sense. Although we had the children there, its quiet so no fear of not being able to relax! There are some great places to eat nearby, its easily accessible and the property is beautifully furnished and very well-maintained. I had a load of questions about the house contents, security, location and the owner is a font of knowledge. Cannot recommend this place highly enough...desperate to return as soon as we can!

A resounding success; great holiday

This was our 3rd visit to Choeng Mon but the first time we considered renting a property and what a good decision it turned out to be.

The house is exactly as you see in the pictures, in fact I don't think the pictures entirely do it justice.This particular house has an excellent spot as it is positioned very close to the infant pool which is on the higher level. If you have young children you can pretty much keep an eye on them from the house . The main pool is a good size with Pample sunbeds and umbrellas. Whenever we stayed at the pool to sunbathe we were often there completely on our own. Generally, the resort area is quiet and peaceful. It us situated just outside of the village, literally a 10 minute walk- no big deal. When you turn off the main road there is a short uphill walk to the resort and there is a manned security barrier 24/7. The external area is beautifully kept, there are trees and flowering shrubs outside all the houses.

The house is exactly as pictured, you could not be disappointed. It's amazingly spacious with two good sized bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. The swinging pod chairs on the balcony are a nice little touch when you want to sit and read. There's a huge kitchen with everything supplied that you could want (although, I'll admit, I dont go on holiday to cook so I didn't go counting saucepans, etc! however there were plenty of wine glasses).

There is a large flat screen TV and very comfortable corner style seating. Plenty for the 4 of us. Ample wardrobe space, safe, hot water plenty, good reliable Wifi.

We were met from the airport as pre arranged, Nicky, the managing agent met us at the house, she gave us contact details if we had any problems (we didn't) and she organised taxi transfers for us when we asked.

The beach is a short walk from the resort, but be warned, the pavements in Thailand are dangerous in places - take a torch with you for the evenings. There are loads of good restaurants in the town you can't fail to find something you like.

I Exchanged several,e-mails with Guy, the owner before and after I booked, he was very helpful.

I would definitely recommend this property and if I go to Choeng Mon again, this will be where I choose.
