Located in Santa Ana which borders the historic town of Es Castell. 5 min stroll takes you to shops,supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Calas Fonts nearby with the best seafood restaurants has a water taxi service which takes you to the capital Mahon or Mao as its known locally where you can stroll along the magnificent harbour which comes alive at night with bars, restaurants and shops. The town sits above the harbour and has shoe shops a plenty or people watch from the famous American Bar. If you dont wish to hire a car there is a bus station with buses that will take you to beach resorts and towns .
About the Owner
Age 13 along with my family we moved to Menorca, hence my love affair with this beautiful Island and the people. We returned to England several years later but along with my husband and our children we continued to visit Menorca and my friends. 5 years ago we were fortunate enough to buy an apartment in Santa Ana. Welove the location for its proximity to Es Castell town, with shops,banks and most of all Calas Fonts harbour with the wonderful bars and restaurants and my husbands love of fishing.

The apartments look shabby on approach,in need of some paint! Quite dated.Once inside its very clean and well equiped, pool is lovely, always full of Spanish kids as this complex is predominantly Spanish not a problem they were friendly enough. Pool is noisy after midnight with adults coming in from work and having a dip. The biggest problem for us was no aircon which we knew about but we found the fans a bit useless.
Activity and Interests
20 min drive to Binibeca beach. Local bus takes you into Mahon where you can catch buses to different beaches.
Cala Padera cove 5 min walk for swimming and fishing off the wooden jetty.
Mahon airport 10 min drive or taxi.
