Le Bouquet is a meticulously appointed large 4 bedroom apartment in the heart of St Emilion. While this is a spacious apartment it is still intimate and cosy for 2 to 4 guests. Furnished, equipped and cared for to the highest standard Le Bouquet is aimed at pleasing connoisseurs from around the globe. Many guests of Le Bouquet are professionals in the international wine industry. Business trips take on a whole new meaning of comfort in a self-catering apartment. Other visitors are those who enjoy the ease of living in an elegant apartment for a short time in one of the most inviting destinations in Europe. Restaurants and bars, stunning architecture and historical sites, shopping, gorgeous vineyards are all within a few minutes' walk. Take in the smell and taste of France: restaurants, coffee and croissants, fresh baked macaroons. All at the doorstep of Le Bouquet, many guests don't even rent a car during their stay as it's easy to get to St Emilion by train and it is a village to explore on foot.

About Suzi Taylor

I live with my husband Peter in the UK and we bought the apartment in St Emilion when we were based in Australia. We are both keen travellers and we have been lucky to live in different parts of the world over the years. St Emilion is one of our favourite places on the planet - we hope you take the opportunity to see why we feel this way.

Why Suzi Taylor chose Libourne area

When we lived in Australia we both yearned for a property in Europe. We fell in love with St Emilion and the apartment was perfectly positioned to do the things we love. Walking through the cobblestone streets and nearby vineyards. Taking in the breathtaking views and history of the area. And being able to taste and buy the most famous wines in the world right on the doorstep was just too much to resist.

What makes this apartment unique

We renovated and modernised Le Bouquet to make it a comfortable and elegant home away from home. We took special care in selecting the beds and furnishings so that our guests would have a memorable experience not only in the town but in the apartment.

Outside: There is no garden or patio --- but the surrounding squares, public parks and gardens are all on the doorstep. Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fluffy towels and linen provided. The property is cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee, please contact owner. Other: Dining Room has seating for up to 8. Mezzanine / reading area has more seating and a magnificent view over the rooftops.

Fabulous location, very comfortable stay

Le Bouquet is in a great location, about 100m from car parking at the edge of town, on one of the main pedestrian thoroughfares through this gorgeous bastide village. It's got two living areas, the downstairs dining table next to the kitchen with two big windows opening onto the street a floor below, and the upper level with couches and easy chairs looking through a large arched window across tiled roofs to the nearby vineyards and hills (no outdoors areas, it is an apartment). A great wine shop downstairs, two excellent restaurants a minute's stumble from the door, a few minutes' walk from all the attractions of St Emelion. We had a week there, touring the Boudreaux vineyards, with a couple of days of relaxation in the town and the apartment itself. I couldn't recommend Le Bouquet more highly.

This apartment is fabulous - it is right in the middle of town opposite and next door to two amazing restaurants. The best restaurant we went to was logis de la cadène, but all were good. The apartment is brilliantly equipped....lots of wine glasses (much needed in the worlds wine capital!!). Suzi the host is an absolute delight - plenty of town information and helpful hints before and during our stay.

We really enjoyed the town walks and the monolithic church tour. The tourist bureau staff were also helpful. Thank you Suzi - I am sure we'll be back!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of St Emilion.

The apartment was spacious and well furnished. Suzi provided great communication before our arrival and had information at the apartment as well. The amenities at the home made our stay comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we were greeted with a welcome basket. This was the only place we stayed on our trip that had a dryer. We definitely recommend St Emilion as a destination and this apartment as a perfect location to enjoy the town.

We went back in time

We can't say enough about this beautiful apartment. From the minute we arrived to the day we left we felt as if we were dreaming. It was spacious, clean, airy, comfortable and perfect. The views out of both floors windows were incredible. We kept punching ourselves as we looked out the windows. It was if we'd stepped back in time or stumbled onto a movie set. It was surreal. Everything about this apartment & St. Émillion was incredible, from the evening walks through the town, to the incredible views of the vineyards took our breath away. We brought 4 teen children with us and it was the perfect size for all of us. We will be going back to St. Émillion and we will definitely rent Suzi's amazing apartment again. Thank you Suzi for sharing your piece of paradise with us.❤️

Gem of a place in Saint Emilion

Great apartment in the heart of Saint Emilion. Wine shop, cheese shop at your door and many great restaurants at the door as well. Parking is excellent and while you need to pay it isn't prohibitive. The "Welcome Book" on arrival provides all you need on the town and the surrounding areas and the essentials in the fridge was very well thought out. The beds are a tad softer than we liked but still slept well. Kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is excellent. Would definitely stay there again and plan to refer friends.
