New and clean holiday property consists of two independent apartments located in the complex of Oasis de Fanabe, Costa Adeje.
First apartment OASIS-35: 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment for 8 (up to 16) people. The second floor is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Of 2 bedrooms one has an exit to the east side terrace which is equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine and second enable relax and enjoy the stunning sunsets and the bright lights in the resorts below. The 3 and 4 air conditioned bedrooms are situated downstairs and has separate bathroom. The living-room with access to terrace and 2 shared swimming pools has a TV and WI-FI ( free for your use), a table for 8 people and a leather sofa, two comfortable leather armchairs and safety box. Kitchen is well-equipped, including a microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and laundry washer. Apartment is suitable for families, couples or bunch of friends. Perfectly situated to explore all of the south coast. Stunning coastal and sea views. Finished to a superbly high standard this really is an stunning apartment in a superb location.
Second apartment OASIS-7: 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for 6 (up to 12) people. The second floor is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and safety box. Two bedrooms have king size beds and two has two single beds each. From the bedroom you can go out on the terraces from which a beautiful view of the mountains and the ocean. The 5th bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The living-room with access to big private terrace and 2 shared swimming pools has a sofa bed, TV projector with 107 inch screen and WI-FI, a table for 8-10 people and separate WC. Kitchen is well-equipped, including a coffee machine, dishwasher and laundry washer. Apartment is suitable for families, couples or bunch of friends.
The house has a private entrance, shared 2 swimming pools and a garden and consists of two levels , furnished and equipped to the highest standards . The property is in a very calm and quiet location, a few minutes' walk from the Commercial Center Gran Sur (shops, restaurants, McDonalds and supermarket Mercadona) and popular meat restaurant Rodeo, 20 minutes walk from the Fanabe beach (or 5 minutes by car). Tennis court, bus and taxi station nearby.
At arrival day we charge a damage deposit of 300 Euro, and we give it back the day of departure, after checking the apartment.

Excellent stay, good position, well equipped - would definately go again.
Beautiful property but horrible experience
The property was beautiful. However, there was someone staying in the basement, so we were told by the owner that we couldn't go downstairs. I find this very unnerving when I have booked (and paid for) the entire villa. Then, during the week four different neighbours approached us and told us that the property was being let illegally, that it is a condition of the occupancy that it is for residential use only. One neighbour even threatened to call the police as we shouldn't have been there. Overall we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable during our entire stay.
Property was clean and host was very kind and pleasant. For welcoming was bottle of vine and basket full of fruits. Little problem for us was hot water, because it ended so quick. But despite that we loved to staying there.

We stayed in this apartment with 4 adults, 1 teen and 4 children and we had plenty of room. This was a spacious, fully equipped, well maintained 4 bedroom apartment with terrace and balcony. Everything was exactly like in pictures.
Booking was easy and the owners were very friendly and helpful.
We loved the welcome pack and the owner was so nice to suprised us with some sandwitch material, as we were traveling with young kids and had a very late flight. We can definitely recommend this appartment.

Located minutes from the coast, an ideal base for excursions and sightseeing. Beaches at Playa Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Fanabe, Playa Del Ducque all within a 10 minute drive from us.
The nearest airport is Reina Sofia (TFS) which is approx 20 minutes drive away. Car hire is not essential but recommended to explore the beautiful island of Tenerife. A taxi to the centre of Playa de Las.
A short distance to all the major Beaches in Tenerife South. Close to shopping, restaurants. Siam Park 5 mins. Aqua Land 5 mins. Beach/coast 10 mins. Doctors and a chemistry within a five minutes walk from the apartment.

- Notes on accommodation: This apartment is Located in a quiet residential area, and is ideal for Family Groups with kids and Mature couple Groups. This is not a suitable location for "party people". We operate a No-Noise policy after 11-12....to keep things, calm and peaceful and consider the Residents around you. Absolutely No use of the Pool after Dark... Smoking inside the property not allowed, pets are allowed. So if it’s a Lovely apartment, with pool, views and all the comforts of home, 10 min from the bright lights and Beaches but, with a good nights sleep... this is for you. Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board and iron, hoover. Cleaning equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels, linen are supplied. If you stay more than 1 week, we provide 2 towels per person. Cleaning service on demand for a supplement.
