Set in a quiet area and within 2 minutes walking distance to all amenities, including a supermarket, Restaurant, Cafe, Clinic, Pharmacy,plus more. No car required and suitable for a mature couple. The Apartment is on the top floor (5th) of the Condominium so there are views to the nearby Falesia Beach and nearby Marina.

About Amanda & Luis Santos

We decided to invest in a property in the Vilamoura area in 2003. After viewing so many properties, we were not content until we walked into this Apartment. As soon as I entered I knew this was the one. Because of its ideal location plus the views across the ocean and Marina, I knew we had to have it. At night, the sunsets can be amazing to watch from the Terrace during the warm evenings. Such a nice holiday feel! It's convenient to the Marina but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. So, now we have decided to join Owner's Direct so that others may enjoy also.

Outside: The Condominium has a private Main Entrance which has an electronic coded access. There is a private garden within the grounds, which leads to the large community pool. There is also a small WC/changing room located nearby the pool area. Unfortunately, no sun loungers are available at this present time. Utility Room: Ironing board and iron stored in the entrance wardrobes. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Extra towels and bed linen are stored in the bedroom wardrobes if needed. If staying for more than 7 days and you require maid service, this can be arranged at a charge. Other: Large terrace overlooking the Marina & Beach, with outside dining table and 4 chairs. The perfect place to sit of an evening when the sun starts to set and the sunsets can be beautiful!

Lovely time in Vilamoura

Had a lovely time at Vilamoura and made all that more special thanks to Amanda. Who had arranged for us to picked up at the airport and taken strait to the wonderful apartment near the marina. Like it says in the add, it's in a great location with everything that you could ask for. Shops, restraints, beach, and a good night life. As for the Apartment, clean, clean very clean, with everything that you could need to make it a good holiday.

Please check Diary Availability first, then e-mail to enquire that there has been no last minute alterations before proceeding with your booking. A non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid to secure the booking and the outstanding balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before the arrival date. However, payment can be made in full, this is up to the individual when booking. Payments to be made by bank transfers/Pay Pal only. Cancellation policy is 6 weeks notice.

Changeover Day:
Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out at 11am during High Season (June-August). Flexibility on changeover days can be possible depending on the bookings, when the next guest arrives/departs.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
