a creative charming peaceful haven

  • 5 of 5

A wonderful stay in the artistic artisan building of artist Pam and wood designer John.

The sun just drenched through the windows with views across the fields. The beautiful painting of Pam's combined with the detailed use of wood in the building were the foundations for making us feel at home. Add white crisp sheets, Yummy home made bread, a smiley welcome, and great conversation. We are coming back.......

Great place in the countryside

We had a great stay over the warm bank holiday weekend so fully enjoyed the decking area. The property has everything you need and more! Pam and John were great hosts and had left treats and toys for our children to play with. I would certainly recommend a stay here

The property was perfect for us and our little boy

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely weekend visiting local towns and villages and the cottage was a great place to stay, with real thought put into the layout, furnishings and equipment e.g. in the kitchen. The owners were very welcoming too.

Highly recommended

Pam & John(and their puppy) are really great hosts, we felt welcomed when we just arrived, everything in or out the house are beautiful. They took us a little but unique local tour, very impressive. We had a wonderful stay, thank the hosts.

Ideal for Mum

  • 4 of 5

Lovely two bed home from home, which is all on one level so ideal for any older guests who may struggle with stairs. Very friendly welcome from owners who live on site, and good selection of free "essentials" such as tea and coffee. Decking area is great spot for afternoon tea and watching the local wildlife, especially pheasants and kites.
