Neighbouring alpacas, ponies, cows and sheep mingle with a hint of fresh sea air as the property is only a short drive from one of the best surf destinations in South Devon.

About Clare & Richard McIntosh

We live in the farmhouse next door. We have been here for 11+ years and there's nowhere else we'd rather live! We have five children ranging from 7-15 - also dogs, ponies, alpacas, sheep, pigs, chickens and ducks. We are on-hand if you have any questions or problems but also respect peoples privacy whilst on holiday. The properties are separated and private.

We consider ourselves incredibly luckily to be far enough out of the village for peace, quiet and stunning uninterrupted rural views, whilst being just a short walk/drive to one of the most beautiful villages and beaches in Devon. The Sloop Inn is a great pub - for cozy winter fires or bar-b-q's during the summer months.

Outside: Bi-folding doors from the property lead to a deck with table, chairs and bar-b-q. This leads to private garden - all with stunning rural views in this picturesque valley. Towels / Linen / Fresh white linen provided, plus towels. New linen is provided on a Friday for any booking over one week.

Changeover day is a Friday. The Cowshed will be ready from 3pm.
