This immaculately maintained first floor apartment is situated in a privileged position overlooking the beach and out to sea on the promenade of Playa Repic in the beautiful horseshoe bay of Port Soller. This is the ideal family apartment with the beach just a stone’s throw away, a balcony to enjoy the sunsets and a wide array of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The apartment is cleverly designed to make best use of the space and is filled with light from the floor to ceiling windows in the living area. There are 2 stylish bedrooms, one with a double bed and TV, the other with two single beds, and cleverly hidden off the hallway are fold away bunk beds; perfect for children. There is one bathroom with shower and an additional walk in family shower – ideal after a day at the beach. All comforts have been taken into consideration with satellite TV, DVD and iPod station, Wi-Fi, good quality linen and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen.

An apartment that has it all

If you are looking for an apartment that offers everything you want for a perfect holiday this one has it all. The decor is beautiful, very modern and stylish. The balcony has a view to die for, it dosnt get the sun until late afternoon. so you can sit in the shade and enjoy a cuppa or a bite to eat. We found this side of the port very quiet, but offered a lovely choice of restaurants and has a lovely wee grocery shop just a couple of doors from the apartment. The apartment is surprisingly quiet seeing as it is on the first floor and above a restaurant. There is a cute lift if you don't fancy climbing the stairs, and the entrance is bright and so convenient to the beach, just across the promenade. We just loved everything about the place and can't wait to go back....

Well equipped, well-situated, comfortable apartmen

The apartment has a great view over the bay and is situated so close to a lot of restaurants, that one is spoilt for choice. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything that one needs. We had a very pleasant stay, apart from poor weather. Mallorca Dream Homes were exceptional in their support and attention to detail. Any questions were swiftly addressed.

Coast/Beach:

Port Soller is situated in one of Mallorca's most beautiful horseshoe bays. Surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains, this area has the best of both worlds - magnificent mountain scenery, an enormous array of restaurants and cafés, a pretty sand beach and wonderful sunsets. Port Soller has the only beach of any note along the entire north west coast and as it is a bay the sea in summer is calm, shallow and warm. Sun loungers, peddles, kayaks, bicycles, Segways and yachts can all be hired nearby.

Travel:

Palma de Mallroca is the Airport of Mallorca. Within 30 minutes by car or taxi you reach Port de Soller. Travel by bus is also comfortable and the bus and tram stops only few metres away from the apartment. The tram takes to and from Soller town and is a tourist attraction in itself as well as being a handy mode of transport.

Distances:

There are ample shops in the port, mainly gift shops and convenience stores, and a small market each Thursday from where you can buy fresh local produce. The bustling and attractive town of Soller is just a short 3k tram ride away where there is a much larger array of shops and an enormously popular weekly market every Saturday.

Further Details:

The operational fishing harbour and marina lies in the northern part of the port and is the starting point for several boat trips along the coast; the trip to the beauty spot of Sa Calobra and Torrent de Pareis is one the most popular and runs throughout the year. Sailing up or down the coast affords marvellous views of the Tramuntana mountain range and is highly recommended. There are many hidden coves along the coast line, great for snorkelling or diving, or for a spot of private sunbathing. Charter a yacht to get the most out of exploring the coast. Diving excursions are also available. Port Soller is also a great base for walks and hiking. A climb of less than an hour brings you to Cap Gros lighthouse for panoramic views of the bay and the mountains behind; a longer path, through rock gardens and olive groves, connects with an old mule track from Deia to Soller. Walks further afield into the Tramuntana mountains are plentiful and range from easy to challenging. A popular hike is the 4 hour route from Port Soller to Cala Tuent where you are rewarded at the end with a dip in the sea, a traditional mountain restaurant and the return journey by boat.
