This established and prestigious complex of 46 modern 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment Suites enjoys stunning panoramic views of the sea, old town, harbour and across to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos.
Although restful Lago Verde is a short walk from the main shopping area and the refined night retreats of the harbour frontage. However it has local amenities adjacent.
On the estate you will find a snack/licensed bar conveniently located next to the attractive swimming pool and sunbathing terraces.
Local shops, bars and Restaurants are 200 yards away and the town/harbour with a superb selection of fish restaurants are all within 5 minutes walk; sandy beaches are around 12 minutes walk from the complex.
The Reception is manned by multi-lingual staff and provides all general information, excursion bookings, internet access and safety deposit boxes.
An on-site Laundry operates - purchase a token and powder from Reception. If not hiring a car one of the many queuing taxis at the airport is all you need for the 7-8 minutes ride. Parking is not allocated but is freely available at the top and bottom of the Estate.
LAGO VERDE is a haven with a perfect blend of peace/amenities, town/beach, seclusion. The online calendar is reliable.
Please enquire for weeks during all blank calendar periods and other periods if ALTERNATIVE apartments would be acceptable.
Please note: flights home from Lanzarote are often afternoon/evening but our apartments have to be vacated by 10am.
Luggage storage is normally available on Lago Verde but book an extra day to ensure a leisurely end to your stay.

"From the first morning when I drew back my curtains and stared out at the blue sea, I was surprised by its beauty. We stayed at the Lago Verde apartments in Puerto del Carmen. We found a home from home in the resort's pool bar, where Steve took refuge from the "too hot" sun (more like his beer was too cold!). It proved a great place to chill out."

The pool is acclimatised during the winter months only.
In 1982 I worked for a man who owned property in the then unheard of Island of Lanzarote. I was given the task of looking after his 3 apartments and fell in love with the island.
We later met with the Lago Verde RESORT OWNERS and I now assist them and their process of Site agent by taking UK and other bookings for some OTHER OWNERS, at times when they would normally not be available.
Your Reservation will be with the Owner and/or Lago Verde but we will facilitate and process it for you. The Rental price shown/quoted includes a fee to us for our help (normally 15%) and the remaining balance is Rental which will be paid direct to the Owner.

These particular apartments are on a non-residential estate with a Touristic Licence. So they are just for the enjoyment of others and hopefully will benefit someone to also choose Lanzarote for their future - please enjoy!

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide.
Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For night-life in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence.
The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Lago Verde is a lovely complex. Very clean communal areas. Beautiful pool. Very efficient, friendly reception staff. Fabulous Pool Bar, run by a lovely family. The apartment had wonderful, sea views, looking right down over the Harbour. Nice, roomy balcony for an apartment of that type. Really good Housekeeping services. Very clean property.
Only downsides are...there are quite a few steps to negotiate on the complex but even though our party does have mobility issues, we coped very well.
The Apartment is in need of an update as it is looking a bit tired. The shower isn't the best. The lounge furniture is actually garden furniture. None of this had a massive impact on our hoiday, however, we had a fantastic time.
Myself and my Wife stayed at A4 for two weeks from Christmas Eve, 2015. We could not fault anything with the Apartment, everything that you needed was supplied. We also had an unexpected but very much appreciated Welcome Pack on Arrival which was fabulous and set us up for our holiday. Dealing with Dave and Helen was a pleasure and all correspondence was responded to in a timely manner, so thank you both for this. I would certainly book this apartment again and would not hesitate in recommending it to family and friends. Thanks for everything. Bob and Margaret, Manchester.
Apartamento amplio y con buenas vistas. Gran terraza. Piscina. En general muy bien excepto el caudal del agua que era escaso y el congelador de la nevera que no funcionaba correctamente. Tampoco pudimos disfrutar de la televisión puesto que no sintonizaba ningún canal.

With Unit 1 only, the balance is paid 5 weeks prior your dates in Euros direct to us using debit or credit card via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account. Mobile payment also possible.
