This established and prestigious complex of 46 modern 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment Suites enjoys stunning panoramic views of the sea, old town, harbour and across to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos.

Although restful Lago Verde is a short walk from the main shopping area and the refined night retreats of the harbour frontage. However it has local amenities adjacent.

On the estate you will find a snack/licensed bar conveniently located next to the attractive swimming pool and sunbathing terraces.

Local shops, bars and Restaurants are 200 yards away and the town/harbour with a superb selection of fish restaurants are all within 5 minutes walk; sandy beaches are around 12 minutes walk from the complex.

The Reception is manned by multi-lingual staff and provides all general information, excursion bookings, internet access and safety deposit boxes.

An on-site Laundry operates - purchase a token and powder from Reception. If not hiring a car one of the many queuing taxis at the airport is all you need for the 7-8 minutes ride. Parking is not allocated but is freely available at the top and bottom of the Estate.

LAGO VERDE is a haven with a perfect blend of peace/amenities, town/beach, seclusion. The online calendar is reliable.

Please enquire for weeks during all blank calendar periods and other periods if ALTERNATIVE apartments would be acceptable.

Please note: flights home from Lanzarote are often afternoon/evening but our apartments have to be vacated by 10am.

Luggage storage is normally available on Lago Verde but book an extra day to ensure a leisurely end to your stay.

This Lago Verde owned accommodation has been recently completely refurbished and sleeps up to 5. The shower room is fully tiled (shower only).

The lounge, with coastal views that constantly grasp your gaze, leads both internally to a modern fitted kitchen area with halogen hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, breakfast bar and also outside to the sun-terrace with separate areas for both sunbathing and al fresco dining. Eating here whilst the ocean sunset concedes to the panorama of the Old Towns lights is a particular pleasure.

The apartment is 1st Floor and benefits from the great views and no guests above you. The lounge also provides comfort and amenities with CD/Radio player, DVD player and TV showing a selection of satellite channels. Maid Service, House Linen, Towels Provided.

About the Owner

In 1982 I worked for a man who owned property in the then mainly unheard of Island of Lanzarote.

I was given the task of looking after his 3 apartments and fell in love with the island. 25 years later we had managed to purchase our own property.

I later met with the Resort owners/Site Agent and now assist in the process of taking UK and other bookings for him and other owners, at times when they would normally not be available.

Although we will live on the island for part of the year these particular apartments are on a non-residential estate. So they are just for the enjoyment of you.

Fantastic apartments ,lovely views .

We have to say David is ever so helpful to deal with and prompt replies .Apartment was spacious ,large Balcony .The kitchen was very up todate ,Great cooker and microwave .Lady came nearly everday after we arrived gave place a good going over ,There was a minor inital hicup not even worth mentioning as David had it sorted so fast ,All in all a lovely stay ,pool shack is great for breakfast and Tony and Louise very helpful ,I will certainly be dealing with David again

Great Holiday, Fantastic views

We are a family of four and stayed for 2 weeks in Unit 8. The apartment is spacious and well managed. The views from the apartment are fabulous, just as advertised by the owners. There is no need to hire a car, everything is within walking distance unless you wish to explore more of the island.

A couple of the places we visited are Puerto Calero & Fuerteventura. We walked to Puerto Calero along the coastal path with lovely scenery and spent the day exploring the town/Harbour before getting the water bus back. We also spent a day on the island of Fuerteventura, We got a taxi to Playa Blanca then the ferry across to Fuerteventura to spend the day on the island.

The pool shack has lovely food and drink all at good prices. The owners, Tony & Louise are lovely, cheerful, helpful people. They made us feel very welcome. The pool itself is quiet and has plenty of sun loungers.

Puerto del Carmen itself has a lovely harbour with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. We ate somewhere different every night and never had a bad meal! There is a market in the square every Friday.

All in all we had a fantastic time and can't wait to return, hopeful next year. Helen & Dave made the booking of the apartment very easy and straight forward.

I would recommend this apartment and cannot wait to return.

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious. For night-life in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
