Amazing place

A really lovely apartment with amazing views. It was really clean and well maintained but also felt comfortable and we had a lovely relaxing stay and enjoyed sitting on the sofa (or lying in bed) looking out at the sea. The beach was only a short walk and getting the train to St Ives was really easy so we didn't have to drive there. We would definitely go back and stay there to explore a bit more of lovely Cornwall.

Great apartment with a fantastic sea view

We had a lovely stay in this fantastic, clean, modern apartment, with amazing sea views. It had everything (& quite a bit more) than we needed for a very comfortable stay. We loved waking up to, and relaxing in the living room overlooking the beautiful coastline. It was a very short walk down to the beach at Carbis Bay and St Ives was easy to reach by foot, train and car. Carbis Bay was a great base for us to explore the south western part of Cornwall. We would definitely stay in the apartment again.

Absolutely fabulous

Really loved staying there with kids. The apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished. Beach is only 7 minutes walking distance. St Ives can be reached following the coastal path which can accessed via rear gate.

Magnificent views of the ocean words can hardly describe. The holiday was truly life changing for us as we made decisions about the future we are never going to regret.

Firework magic

2016 started with a fabulous firework display in St Ives. I was sitting in a king size bed in a beautiful bedroom in Carbis Bay watching the spectacle. In the afternoon I was walking on the beach which is just below the apartment in Barepta Court. Carbis Bay is pretty and peaceful. You can walk to St Ives along the coast path. The apartment is bright and pleasant with a well-equipped kitchen and stunning views. We would definitely go back there.

  • Barepta Cove Apartments are situated on Headland Road on the old site of the Tregorran Hotel. This stunning development is perfectly positioned to maximise the views across Carbis Bay beach (formerly known as Barepta Cove) and towards St Ives. The railway station is just a short walk away, this single track line is probably one of the most scenic in the UK and links St Ives to St Erth, Penzance and mainline stations. The Blue Flag beach is close by and the apartments have direct access onto the coastal path via a private gate at the bottom of the communal gardens, providing outstanding panoramas of the Cornish coastline. Outside: Seaward Facing Terrace The terrace faces towards the sea and can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. The tranquil communal gardens are situated to the front of the development and provide access down to the private gate which leads directly onto the South West Coast Path. A shower can be found within the gardens, ideal for washing off sandy wetsuits or muddy boots.
