Pegasus is a lovely spacious ground floor apartment set within beautifully maintained gardens and next to a large shared swimming pool. It is just 100 metres from Puerto Pollenca's famous Pine Walk and the beaches in Pollenca Bay. The apartment is well laid out with three double bedrooms - all with en suite bathrooms, a spacious lounge diner, fully fitted kitchen and utility room. There is a shaded terrace overlooking the apartment's private garden. The apartment is fully air conditioned/heated, it has a wi-fi connection and satellite tv with UK channels.

About the Owner

We are a working couple from Cardiff with a family of four children and four grandchildren. We travel regularly to the apartment and particularly enjoy going there with the family.

Our property is furnished to a high standard, just so we always feel at home. We let the apartment to guests who enjoy the benefit of a quality property in a great location and we have regular guests who come back each year

We had stayed in Bellresguard on a number of occasions and loved the location and the development very much. We had been looking for an opportunity to purchase a property in Mallorca and when this apartment became available in 2007, we didn't hesitate.

From the Owner

Puerto Pollensa and the Bellresguard development in particular are very well designed and have everything we could ask for from a holiday home. The gardens and pool are well maintained and we are very close to the beach and the Pine Walk for a stroll into the town. Our apartment block is next to the Spar mini market and cafe bar, this makes it easy to top up on groceries or just pop out for refreshment.
