Blair Apartment in Pernera, Nr Protaras, Cyprus - Just 2 minutes walk to the communal pool, the sea and the bars/restaurants in this popular area

Set on the Polyxenia development this apartment is in the ideal location for a fantastic stay in this popular family resort. Pernera has a host of bars, restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes walk to the apartment and it is also just a 20 minute stroll along a coastal boardwalk into the larger resort of Protaras. The development has a large restaurant and pool-side café both with free Wi-Fi, a circular pool and children's pool, a jacuzzi/spa, children's play area, large grassed sunbathing area and access down to the beach. The Blair apartment is within a building of 6 apartments, this being on the first floor and access is by either the stairs or a communal lift. The apartment has two bedrooms, open plan lounge/kitchen area and modern bathroom. The apartment also features a balcony area surrounding the whole of the property with table, chairs and a parasol.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

A 2 minute walk will take you to the local beaches whilst the larger beaches in Protaras will be just a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute stroll. The area is famous for it's beaches and you will find Fig Tree Bay, Konnos Beach, Firemans Bay and Nissi Beach all within a 10 minute drive.

Travel:

Larnaca airport is just a 45 minute drive whilst Paphos airport will take around 2 hours. Car hire is not needed in the apartment as all amenities are within walking distance plus the local bus service is clean, efficient and inexpensive.

Distances:

Pernera is right on your doorstep whilst Protaras is approximately 1km along the coast. Ayia Napa and Paralimni are both approx. 7km's away and are worthy of a visit. Larnaca and Nicosia can both be reached in under one hour whilst the Troodos mountains are 2 hours way. Trips can also be made to the north of the island to visit Famagusta, Salamis, Bogaz and Kyrenia.

Further Details:

Pernera has an ATM, a foreign exchange service, an off licence, and a large selection of bars and international restaurants. You can also hire a car, quad bikes or scooters and there is an array of water-sports which you can try. As we are located on the coast then there are a number of pleasure boats which are great value for money.

Long term lets (1 month or more), corporate bookings or even long weekend stays will be considered. One of our team will meet and greet on arrival to help you settle in.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible and access to the apartment is from 16:00 whilst departure is before 12:00. These times may be flexible if we have no further arrival/departures on the same day.

Outside: The Polyxenia development is very popular and has a large circular pool which is maintained to a high standard. The pool bar has waiter service to bring you drinks, whilst the more formal restaurant has an extensive menu with weekly theme nights. The outlook of the development is across a grassed area, the beach and then the Mediterranean sea! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen, including a bathmat and tea towels are provided for your arrival. Should you wish for a mid stay change of towels/linen then please enquire at the time of booking or whilst in the resort.
