Set on the Polyxenia development this apartment is in the ideal location for a fantastic stay in this popular family resort. Pernera has a host of bars, restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes walk to the apartment and it is also just a 20 minute stroll along a coastal boardwalk into the larger resort of Protaras. The development has a large restaurant and pool-side café both with free Wi-Fi, a circular pool and children's pool, a jacuzzi/spa, children's play area, large grassed sunbathing area and access down to the beach. The Blair apartment is within a building of 6 apartments, this being on the first floor and access is by either the stairs or a communal lift. The apartment has two bedrooms, open plan lounge/kitchen area and modern bathroom. The apartment also features a balcony area surrounding the whole of the property with table, chairs and a parasol.

Notes on accommodation: This property sleeps 4 people comfortably. If your party is of 2 adults and 3 children then please ask to see if you can be accommodated. Outside: The Polyxenia development is very popular and has a large circular pool which is maintained to a high standard. The pool bar has waiter service to bring you drinks, whilst the more formal restaurant has an extensive menu with weekly theme nights. The outlook of the development is across a grassed area, the beach and then the Mediterranean sea! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen, including a bathmat and tea towels are provided for your arrival. Should you wish for a mid stay change of towels/linen then please enquire at the time of booking or whilst in the resort.

Booking Notes:
30% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due 6 weeks before the arrival date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by visa/mastercard.
Long term lets (1 month or more), corporate bookings or even long weekend stays will be considered. One of our team will meet and greet on arrival to help you settle in.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible and access to the apartment is from 16:00 whilst departure is before 12:00. These times may be flexible if we have no further arrival/departures on the same day.

Prices are per property per week and are in GBP (£). Prices can be quoted in euro (€) also.
Secure payments can be made using a visa/mastercard as well as by bank transfer.
