Wonderful, well maintained alpine chalet, suitable for a skiing holiday in winter, and mountain activity holiday in summer. Good location in the popular resort of Chatel, with access to the vast "Portes du Soleil" ski area. Smoking is not allowed in the chalet

The chalet can be divided into an upper chalet for 10 people, and an appartment for 6. there are 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a shower room

Outside: Large balcony at the front with wonderful views overlooking the valley, There are large opening picture windows onto the balcony which allow wonderful views at all times from the dining and living areas. Utility Room: Washing machine and drier in utility room along with 1 fridge freezer Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We do not provide linen or towels. Please bring your own. The property should be clean on arrival, and we ask you to leave it clean when you go. This system has worked well for us over the years, and helps to keep our rental prices low.

Lovely chalet - location, views, comfort, everything

Group of 16 on skiing trip. Steps up to chalet from road tested our fitness! But once there, supremely comfortable chalet, with everything needed in place. Regular bus service into Chatel town with frequent connections to Chatel's various ski areas. Good secure parking in underground car park.

The chalet is owned by 10 friends mainly a group of doctors who trained around manchester. We bought the chalet to accomodate large groups of us and our families, and we let it out when we are not using it

Geneva is the nearest airport, about 90 minutes drive. There are firms that will arrange transfers, but we would recommend a hire car from the airport for use whilst on holiday.

Alternatively it is about an 8 hour drive, along the motorways mainly, from Calais


We are situated on the Roitet, and it is a 15 minute walk to the church in Chatel. or a couple of minutes in the car. Thonon and Evian are about 40 minutes by car.
